Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (MFTBC) is a global commercial vehicle manufacturer with more than 90 years of history and craftsmanship, delivering high‑quality trucks and buses to over 170 countries and regions worldwide.

In April 2026, MFTBC will integrate with Hino Motors under a newly established holding company, ARCHION, and begin operations as part of this new organization.

部署の紹介／Department Introduction

サプライヤー品質管理（QMS）部門のマテリアルラボに調査員として参加していただける、意欲的で経験豊富なエンジニアを募集しています。トラック部品の社内関係者とのやり取りにおいて、鉄鋼，アルミ及びその他の金属材料の部品調査とレポート業務を担当していただきます。

サプライヤー品質管理（QMS）部門は、5つのチームで構成されています。1) サプライヤー部品開発および材料／プロセス技術、2) シリーズ品質管理 - パワートレイン、3) シリーズ品質管理 - 車両、4) 材料ラボ、5) 測定ラボです。QMSには合計約80名のメンバーが勤務しています。

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced metal materials engineer to join our material lab in Supplier Quality Management (QMS) as a lab inspector, you will play a inspection and reporting role in dealing with internal stakeholders for truck parts. You will work on inspection and investigation for steel, aluminum and other metals parts.

The Supplier Quality Management (QMS) Department is made up by 5 different teams: 1) Supplier part development &Material / Process Technologies, 2) Series Quality Management -Powertrain, 3) Series Quality Management - Vehicle , 4) Material lab, 5) Measurement lab. There are total of approx. 80 members working for QMS.

仕事内容／Job Description

'1. 鉄鋼，アルミ，その他の金属材料についての深い知識

2. 自動車業界での金属部品に関する業務経験

3. 市場不具合において原因究明が行える知識

4. チームを献身的に支え，チームに貢献できること

5. 英会話及び英語での報告書作成ができること

6. JIS規格だけでなく，ISO，ASTM，EN，DIN等の国際規格の知識もあること

7. 試験所認定に関するISO17025の基本的な知識を有していること

1.Strong knowledge about steel, aluminum and other metals are mandate

2.Work experience of metal materials parts within Automotive Industry

3.Strong knowledge of field failure analysis methodologies and root cause analysis

4.Excellent teamwork skills and a results-oriented mindset.

5.English both conversation and writing and communication by Japanese are necessary

6.Knowledge of global standards related to metallic materials, and ability to understand specifications, requirements, and parameters in drawings

7.Basic knowledge of ISO 17025: "General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories"

材料もしくは機械工学の学士号またはディプロマ取得者，ISO17025，ISO 9001:2015およびIATF16949の基礎知識，MS Office、プレゼンテーション作成に関する深い知識，ITに関する基本知識

日本語：会話レベル

英語：会話レベル

Bachelor of Engineering or Diploma in Materila or Mechanical graduates

Basic knowledge in ISO17025, ISO 9001:2015 and IATF16949

Strong knowledge on MS Office, Presentation preparation

IT skills

Japanese：Conversational
