ITプロセス本部は、ダイムラートラック・アジア／三菱ふそうトラック・バス株式会社における情報システムに係るプロジェクトと運用・保守を担っています。

ITインフラ部は当社IT環境の基礎となるデータセンター、ネットワーク、ITクライアント環境、メインフレーム、クラウド環境を担うチームです。このポジションはその中でもデータセンター、ネットワーク、メインフレームの環境を中心に担当するポジションです。

自動車業界では、本社、販売パートナー、サプライヤーなど様々なパートナーとのシステム連携があることと、テクノロジーや市場の変化もダイナミックで Connected Truck、電気トラック、自動運転、 AI、 Cloud/DevOps、 UX など従来の車両ビジネスから新しいビジネスを模索しています。

We are the IT Infrastructure team and offer global IT infrastructure services, including cloud, data center, mainframe, network and digital workplace services. 

We look after the core areas of the company with regards to IT infrastructure - be it our Production systems that keep our production and operations running, our Finance systems that run our accounting and controlling processes or our Sales systems that capture customer and sales data. 

We attach great importance to communicating with each other directly and in regular exchange meetings. It is also important to us that we treat each other constructively and honestly. 

We work with modern IT technologies and with international project partners.

We regularly use mobile working.

PKIアーキテクトおよびプロダクトオーナーとしてインフラストラクチャチームに参加し、公開鍵インフラストラクチャ(PKI)システムと運用の所有権を取得し、カーブアウトフェーズで現在の親会社からそれらを移行します。

ガバナンスフレームワーク、運用戦略、堅牢なキー管理と証明書サービスを確保するセキュリティポリシーなど、合併後の準備をサポートするための新しい企業PKIプラットフォーム、アーキテクチャ、サービス、運用プロセスの設計と実装を主導します。

社内チームや外部のステークホルダーと協力して、分離および統合フェーズを通じてPKIインフラストラクチャのセキュリティ、安定性、機能を確保し、合併後の運用状態にシームレスに移行します。

国内外のビジネスパートナーと緊密に連携し、PKIアーキテクチャと運用モデルをMFTBCのグローバルITおよびセキュリティ戦略に合わせ、包括的で安全なPKIランドスケープを確保します。

主なタスク:

❖PKIプラットフォームとサービスアーキテクチャの設計と実装、および合併後の準備への移行中の運用プロセスを主導します。 

❖PKIシステムのパフォーマンスと運用状況を監視および管理して、サービスの品質、効率、安定性を確保するとともに、ビジネスパートナーと協力してオペレーショナルエクセレンスを達成するための改善の機会を継続的に特定します。

❖PKIのグローバルガバナンスフレームワークの計画と実行を主導し、グローバルスタンダードへの準拠とローカル要件との整合性を確保します。

❖ ビジネスパートナー、社内チーム、外部プロバイダーと効果的に連携し、堅牢で安全なPKIの運用とアーキテクチャを維持します。

❖ PKI戦略の策定に貢献し、グローバルインフラおよびセキュリティワーキンググループでPKI領域をリードする。

❖ PKI関連プロジェクトのスコープ、スケジュール、予算、品質を責任範囲内で管理し目標通りに遂行します。

❖ 予算、契約、プロバイダー管理など、責任範囲内で透明で専門的なリソース管理を確保します。

❖ PKIの主要な専門家およびプロダクトオーナーとしての役割を果たし、運用管理を推進し、MFTBCの戦略的ITおよびセキュリティ目標に沿ったガバナンスフレームワークへのコンプライアンスを確保します。

Join the Infrastructure team as a PKI （Public Key Infrastructure）Architect and Product Owner, taking ownership of PKI systems and operations, transitioning them from the current parent company during the carve-out phase.

Lead the design and implementation of the new corporate PKI platform, architecture, services and operational processes to support post-merger readiness, including governance frameworks, operational strategies, and security policies ensuring robust key management and certificate services.

Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the security, stability, and functionality of PKI infrastructure throughout the separation and integration phases, transitioning seamlessly into the post-merger operational state.

Work closely with business partners locally and internationally to align PKI architecture and operational models with Mitsubishi Fuso’s global IT and security strategies, ensuring a holistic and secure PKI landscape.

Key tasks:

❖Lead the design and implementation of the PKI platform and service architecture and operational processes during the transition to post-merger readiness. 

❖ Monitor and manage the performance and operational status of PKI systems to ensure service quality, efficiency, and stability, while continuously identifying opportunities for improvement in collaboration with business partners to achieve operational excellence.

❖ Lead the planning and execution of global governance frameworks for PKI, ensuring compliance with global standards and alignment with local requirements.

❖ Collaborate effectively with business partners, internal teams, and external providers to maintain robust and secure PKI operations and architecture.

❖ Contribute to PKI strategy development and represent the PKI domain in global infrastructure and security working groups.

❖ Manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality of PKI-related projects within your area of responsibility to meet objectives and ensure post-merger readiness.

❖ Ensure transparent and professional resource management, including budget oversight, contracts, and provider management, within your area of responsibility.

❖ Serve as the primary PKI expert and product owner, driving operational management and ensuring compliance with governance frameworks in alignment with Mitsubishi Fuso’s strategic IT and security goals.

応募要件

❖ PKIアーキテクチャと運用管理に重点を置いた5年以上の専門的なIT経験。

❖IT インフラ環境の管理(導入、移行、サポートなど)およびプロバイダーの運用委託に数年の経験

❖ 実績のあるプロジェクト/プログラム管理スキル(正式な認定があれば尚可)

❖ 異文化体験:異文化間プロジェクトや異文化チームで働き、特に契約上の話し合いやガバナンスにおいて、書面と口頭の両方で内部および外部の利害関係者と効果的にコミュニケーションをとる能力

❖ チェンジマネジメントプロセス、PKIトランスフォーメーションプロジェクトの成功を主導した経験

❖ITサービスマネジメントの知識(ビジネス要件、ITサービス、SLAなどを含む)

❖ITIL、PKIのベストプラクティス、IT標準、ツールに関する深い知識

❖自動車、一般製造業、販売業界でのITインフラマネジメントの経験があれば尚可

Skill Requirements

❖ Broad knowledge of IT infrastructure solutions (On-premise, Cloud, Network, Digital Workplace), with a strong focus on PKI architecture, provider management, and governance frameworks.

❖ Team player and open-minded, capable of collaborating effectively with global and local stakeholders.

❖ Critical and analytical thinking skills

❖ Strong problem-solving skills, able to manage multiple tasks through logical prioritization

❖ Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, global business environment, particularly during post-merger integration and operational readiness phases.

❖ IT Service Management experience and knowledge of tools and processes used in provider operations and performance tracking.

❖ Regularly tracks industry and technology trends in PKI and IAM, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.

❖ Ability to express complex and/or technical information—including governance and architecture—in business management terms for non-technical stakeholders.

❖ Effective communication skills and willingness to work in a diverse, intercultural, and international environment.

❖ Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to align with multiple stakeholders across various functional and cultural backgrounds, including providers, internal business units, and global IT teams.

Required Experience

❖ At least 5 years of professional IT experience, with a proven focus on PKI architecture and operations management.

❖ Several years of experience managing IT infrastructure environments (e.g., implementation, migration, support) and outsourced provider operations.

❖ Proven project/program management skills (ideally with formal certification)

❖ Cross-cultural experience: working on intercultural projects and/or with intercultural teams, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, both written and verbal, especially during contractual discussions and governance.

❖ Experience in leading successful implementation of change management processes and PKI transformation projects.

❖ IT Service Management knowledge (including business requirements, IT services, SLAs, etc.).

❖ Strong knowledge of ITIL, PKI best practices, IT standards, and tools.

❖ Prior IT infrastructure management experience in the automotive, general manufacturing, or sales industry is beneficial.

❖ Demonstrated ability to oversee PKI operations, ensuring post-merger readiness and seamless transitions from transformation projects to long-term operational excellence.

Language Requirements

❖ Japanese: Native level – Proficiency in spoken and written Japanese is mandatory for managing local provider relationships and internal stakeholders.

❖ English: Business level – Daily usage in both spoken and written English is required for global collaboration and coordination.

❖ Additional languages are a plus.
