トラックおよびバス用のアクスル、ブレーキ、サスペンションの設計業務、またトラックの配管設計業務を行っています。具体的には、新機種プロジェクトにおけるシステム/コンポーネントの開発や配管設計の最適化、生産機種の設計改良や品質改善、また開発および生産機種のコスト低減活動等の内容です。
部内には、アクスル/プロペラシャフト/タイヤ、ブレーキ、サスペンション/ステアリング、大中型配管および小型配管設計の5つのチームがあります。オフィスは川崎にあり、部員は現在37名です。年齢層は比較的高いですが，近年は新卒社員もコンスタントに採用しています。またモバイルワークやフレックス制度も柔軟に活用しライフワークバランスの維持に努めています。

We are in charge of axle, brake and suspension design for trucks and buses and piping design for trucks as well. In concrete, we develop system/components and optimize piping design in the product projects, series change management, and improvement of products quality are the task for us. Furthermore, cost saving activity for developing and series products is a part of our responsibility.
We have 5 teams in our department, Axle/propeller shaft/tire team, Brake team, Suspension/steering team, and HDT/MDT piping team and LDT piping team. The office is located in Kawasaki and 37 employees are working currently. While they are older, we have been consistently hiring new graduates in recent years. And we also flexibly utilize mobile work and flexible time systems to help maintain a work-life balance.

トラックおよびバス用のブレーキ関連部品（※）の開発・設計・生産維持業務に携わる方を幅広く募集します。
顧客要望の把握，要求仕様の作成，サプライヤ選定活動，詳細設計作業，コスト低減活動，品質改善活動など一連の設計業務を実施いただきます。
社内では，プロジェクトマネジメント・評価・認証・生産・購買・財務・品質・営業部門等と，社外ではサプライヤと協力して業務を進めているため，車両開発の一連を学ぶことができます。また、ブレーキ関連部品は車両部品として大変重要な要素であり、やりがいを強く感じていただける業務です。また、入社後は設計としてエキスパートやマネジメントを目指すだけでなく，希望すれば他部門へのローテーションも可能です。
※ブレーキ関連部品
・ホイルブレーキ (ディスクブレーキ および ディスクロータ, ドラムブレーキ および ブレーキドラム)
・シャシブレーキシステム（液圧ブレーキシステム、空気圧ブレーキシステム、および関連コンポ全般）
・電子制御ブレーキシステム（車両走行安定性装置：ABS/ESC/ROP/AEBS/Hill Holder/オートクルーズ等）
We are seeking a wide range of candidates to work on the development, design, and production maintenance of brake relevant components*.
You will be responsible for a range of design tasks, including understanding customer needs, creating required specifications, supplier selection, detailed design, cost reduction activities, and quality improvement activities.
You will work in-house with project management, testing, certification, production, purchasing, finance, quality, and sales departments, and externally with suppliers, allowing you to learn the full range of vehicle development. As a result, after joining the company, you will not only aim to become a design expert or manager, but you will also have the opportunity to rotate between departments if you wish.
*Eligible brake components:
- Wheel brake (Disc Brake and Disc Rotor, Drum Brake and Brake Drum)
- Chassis side Brake system (Hydraulic brake system, Air brake system, and relevant components)
- Electric brake system (Vehicle dynamics control system, ABS/ESC/ ROP/ AEBS/ Hill Holder/ Auto cruise control etc)

■ 業務経験・知識
自動車のOEMもしくはサプライヤにて，上記いずれかの部品，もしくは類似部品の開発経験が3年以上。
英語は会話レベル以上、ビジネスレベルの能力があれば尚可
■ 語学
日本語：ネイティブ
英語：ビジネス~会話レベル
At least 3 years of experience developing one of the above components or similar at an automotive OEM or supplier.
Conversational level or above English is preferred. Business level is better.
