Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (MFTBC) is a global commercial vehicle manufacturer with more than 90 years of history and craftsmanship, delivering high‑quality trucks and buses to over 170 countries and regions worldwide.

In April 2026, MFTBC will integrate with Hino Motors under a newly established holding company, ARCHION, and begin operations as part of this new organization.

ARCHION is a new commercial vehicle group jointly supported by Toyota Motor Corporation and Daimler Truck, each holding a 25% stake, aiming to strengthen competitiveness across the Asia‑Pacific region and beyond through collaboration in development, procurement, and production.

Building on Japan’s engineering excellence and our extensive global experience, MFTBC will continue to accelerate innovation in commercial vehicle development, advance carbon‑neutral initiatives, and drive CASE technologies including electrification and automated driving.

私たちは、意欲的で経験豊富な車両サイバーセキュリティエンジニアを求めています。車両サイバーセキュリティエンジニアとして、サイバー攻撃を検出および防止するための安全な車両を実現する上で重要な役割を果たし、データフォレンジック構造をオンボードだけでなくオフボードにも考慮し、UN-R155の認証取得に貢献します。

私たちの部門は、

1) サイバーセキュリティ、故障診断、機能安全 及び コネクティビティ

2) アーキテクチャ & パワーネット

3) グローバルパワートレーン制御

4) リージョナルパワートレーン制御

5) eモビリティ制御

6) 検証 & リリース管理

7) E/E プラットフォーム & パワートレーン検証

で構成されています。部門数は約50名で、ダイナミックで協力的な環境を構成しています。車両サイバーセキュリティ、故障診断、機能安全、コネクティビティでは海外出身者を含む6人の正社員がおり、現在、車両サイバーセキュリティで中心的な役割を果たしている適格な候補者を求めています。



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vehicle Cyber Security Engineer to join our team. As Vehicle Cyber 

Security Engineer, you will play a crucial role in realizing secure vehicle to detect and prevent cyber-attacks, 

implementing the data forensic structure to not only on-board but also off-board and contributing to gain 

certification of UN-R155.

Our department is made up by 

1) Cyber Security, Diagnostic, Functional Safety & Connectivity

2) Architecture & Powernet

3) Global Propulsion

4) Regional Propulsion

5) Mobility control

6) Verification & Release Management

7) E/E Platform & Propulsion Verification

There are total of approx. 50 members and fosters a dynamic and collaborative environment. There are 6 permanent 

employees including people from abroad in Cyber Security, Diagnostic, Functional Safety & Connectivity, which is 

currently seeking qualified candidates, who are playing pivotal role in Vehicle Cyber Security.

車両サイバーセキュリティエンジニアとして、以下の重要なタスクを実行します。

- サイバー攻撃に対する軽減策を車両で実施するための戦略を立案

- E2Eレベルでの監視ソリューションをデータフォレンジックとして実装

- ECU設計者だけでなく、テストチームへのコンサルティングとサポート

- 次期サイバーセキュリティエンジニアの人材育成

- サイバーセキュリティに関する最新技術の研究


As Vehicle Cyber Security Engineer, the following important tasks will be performed;


- Create strategy to implement the mitigation measures against cyber-attack in on-board.

- Make monitoring concept at E2E level as the data forensic

- Consult and support to not only ECU designer but also testing team

- Develop human resources for next Cyber Security Engineer

- Research latest technologies related to Cyber Security

■ 業務経験・知識

・車両サイバーセキュリティにおける3年以上の経験(必須)。

・工学または関連分野の学士号。

・セキュリティと車両E/Eの知識を理解。

・優れたコミュニケーション能力、対人能力、組織力。

・自立・協調性のいずれも備わった働き方。

・Microsoft Officeの知識。


■ 語学

日本語か英語、どちらかビジネスレベル以上



■ Job Experience & Knowledge

  <Must>

Min of 3 years of experience in Vehicle Cyber Security (Must). 

  <Preferable>

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field 

Understanding Security methodologies and Vehicle E/E knowledges

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

基本給（円/月）：給与は、知識・経験を考慮して最終的に決定

賞与：年2回支給
