➤MFTBCは日本を拠点とするFUSO ITインフラストラクチャチームです。日本のチームは現在30名以上で構成されており、さらに成長を続けています。

We are the IT Infrastructure team and offer global IT infrastructure services for Fuso, including cloud, data center, mainframe, network and digital workplace services.
❖We look after the core areas of the company with regards to IT infrastructure - be it our Production systems that keep our production and operations running, our Finance systems that run our accounting and controlling processes or our Sales systems that capture customer and sales data.
❖We attach great importance to communicating with each other directly and in regular exchange meetings. It is also important to us that we treat each other constructively and honestly.
❖We work with modern IT technologies and with international project partners.

➤We are the FUSO IT Infrastructure team located in Japan. The team in Japan currently consists of more than 30 members and is growing.

➤本ポジションは、当社のグローバルエンタープライズネットワークのアーキテクチャを策定し、継続的に強化します。世界各地の拠点、データセンター、クラウドプラットフォーム、ユーザー、および外部パートナーを接続する、安全性、耐障害性、拡張性に優れ、一貫したガバナンスの下で運用されるネットワークの実現を目指します。
➤ネットワークの中核プロダクトを設計し、オーナーシップを担います。技術方針を策定し、各地域のソリューションおよび運用プラクティスが標準に準拠するよう推進します。また、各地域固有の要件について事業部門と連携します。
➤サイバーセキュリティ、クラウド、ワークプレイス、アプリケーション、インフラストラクチャ、および事業部門と横断的に連携し、設計およびインシデント対応において上級技術リーダーシップを発揮します。
➤主な業務および成果物：
❖グローバルネットワーク戦略、目標アーキテクチャ、リファレンスデザイン、技術標準、および複数年ロードマップを策定・維持し、関係者へ展開します。
❖アドレッシング、BGPおよびOSPFポリシー、セグメンテーション、トラフィックエンジニアリング、ならびにキャンパス、データセンター、クラウド、インターネット、WAN環境間の接続を含む、グローバルルーティングおよびIPアーキテクチャを策定します。
❖プロキシ、DNS、DHCP、IPアドレス管理（DDI）、およびその他のネットワーク中核サービスについて、サービス設計、オーナーシップモデル、ライフサイクル計画、運用標準を定義します。
❖ネットワークレイヤーにおける高可用性およびフェイルオーバー設計を策定・統制し、復旧シナリオ、耐障害性テスト、キャパシティ要件、監視統制、改善計画を文書化します。
❖ビジネスパートナー、サプライヤー、ジョイントベンチャー、および外部サービスをSASE、DNS、プロキシ、セグメンテーション、ネットワークセキュリティ環境へ統合するための、安全なオンボーディングパターンと技術統制を確立します。
❖ネットワーク設計および重要な変更をレビュー・承認し、アーキテクチャ、耐障害性、運用要件との整合性を確保します。
❖社内チームおよびサプライヤーと連携し、複雑なネットワーク変革、移行、サービス改善における技術調整を主導します。
❖重大インシデント発生時には、技術的な緩和策と復旧活動を指揮し、ステークホルダーへの情報共有を支援するとともに、根本原因分析（RCA）を主導し、是正措置の完了を徹底します。
❖サービスの健全性、可用性、キャパシティ、耐障害性、技術リスクに関する指標を定義・追跡し、結果を優先順位付けされた改善計画へ反映します。
❖グローバルネットワークポートフォリオに関するアーキテクチャリスク、依存関係、技術的負債、予算、およびサプライヤーの成果物を管理します。
➤This role develops and enhances the architecture for the company's global enterprise network. The objective is to create a secure, resilient, scalable, and consistently governed network that connects sites, data centers, cloud platforms, users, and external partners worldwide.
➤Design and own the core products for network. Sets the technical direction and ensures that regional solutions and operational practices align with standards. Works with business on required local solutions.
➤The role works across cybersecurity, cloud, workplace, application, infrastructure, and business teams and provides senior technical leadership for design and incident handling.
➤Key tasks and deliverables:
❖Develop, maintain, and communicate the global network strategy, target architecture, reference designs, technical standards, and multi-year roadmap.
❖Produce the global routing and IP architecture covering addressing, BGP and OSPF policies, segmentation, traffic engineering, and connectivity across campus, data center, cloud, internet, and WAN environments.
❖Define service designs, ownership models, lifecycle plans, and operational standards for proxies, DNS, DHCP, IP Address Management (DDI), and other core network services.
❖Create and govern high-availability and failover designs at the network layer, including documented recovery scenarios, resilience tests, capacity requirements, monitoring controls, and remediation plans.
❖Establish secure onboarding patterns and technical controls for integrating business partners, suppliers, joint ventures, and external services into SASE, DNS, proxy, segmentation, and network security environments.
❖Review and approve network designs and major changes for alignment with architecture, resilience, and operational requirements.
❖Lead technical coordination for complex network transformations, migrations, and service improvements across internal teams and suppliers.
❖During major incidents, direct technical mitigation and recovery activities, support stakeholder communication, lead root cause analysis (RCA), and ensure corrective actions are completed.
❖Define and track service health, availability, capacity, resilience, and technical-risk metrics; convert findings into prioritized improvement plans.
❖Manage architectural risks, dependencies, technical debt, budgets, and supplier deliverables for the global network portfolio.

❖BGP、OSPF、ルートポリシー、セグメンテーション、トラフィックエンジニアリング、IPアドレス管理を含む、グローバルルーティングおよびIPアーキテクチャに関する深い知識
❖パートナー、サプライヤー、ジョイントベンチャー、または買収企業を、SASE、DNS、プロキシ、ネットワークセグメンテーション、セキュリティポリシー環境へ統合した経験
❖セキュアWebゲートウェイ、ゼロトラストアクセス、ファイアウォール、リモートアクセス、クラウドセキュリティ統合を含む、SASEおよびネットワークセキュリティの概念に関する深い理解
❖ネットワーク監視、パフォーマンス管理、キャパシティ計画、構成管理、自動化、運用ツールに関する経験

➤Required Skills and Experience
❖At least 8 years of professional experience in enterprise networking, including several years in a network architecture or senior engineering role
❖Proven experience designing and governingenterprise networks for mid to large cooperations.
❖Deep knowledge of global routing and IP architecture, including BGP, OSPF, route policy, segmentation, traffic engineering, and IP address management
❖Experience integrating partners, suppliers, joint ventures, or acquired entities into SASE, DNS, proxy, network segmentation, and security policy environments
❖Strong understanding of SASE and network security concepts, including secure web gateways, zero-trust access, firewalls, remote access, and cloud security integration
❖Experience with network monitoring, performance management, capacity planning, configuration management, automation, and operational tooling
❖Proven project/program leadership and supplier management experience in global infrastructure transformations
❖Knowledge of ITSM processes, including incident, problem, change, configuration management
❖Relevant professional certification such as CCNP/CCIE, JNCIP/JNCIE, or equivalent architecture and security certification is preferred
➤Language Requirements
❖Japanese: Business level or above is preferred for coordination with local stakeholders and suppliers.
❖English: Business level is required for daily communication with global teams, suppliers, and project partners.
