Youl'll be part of FUSO's software development team working on development and operations to enable data driven digital services for FUSO's inhouse solutions as well as to expand FUSO's digital services partner ecosystem.
仕事内容／Job Description
The role as Connectivity Senior FullStack Engineer you'll be in charge of:
- Developing and operating front-end and back-end systems, including databases, servers, and user-facing applications.
- Developing interactive and responsive user interfaces using React.js.
- Collaborating with UI/UX designers to ensure the technical feasibility of designs.
- Designing and developing server-side logic using Java, including APIs and business logic components.
- Working with databases (MySQL) to manage data persistence and retrieval.
- Deploying and managing applications on the Azure Cloud platform.
- Utilizing Azure services such as Azure App Service, Azure Storage, Azure SQL Database, etc.
募集要件／Requirement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development with strong ownership of both front-end and back-end systems
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with React.js, building complex, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces
- 3+ years of back-end development experience using Java and Spring Boot, including API design, business logic implementation, and integration with external services
- Strong experience designing and architecting RESTful APIs and distributed systems
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 (including Styled Components), and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Solid experience with relational databases (MySQL or equivalent) and/or NoSQL databases, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning
- Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, concurrency, and event-driven architectures
- Experience working with build and dependency management tools such as Maven or Gradle, and front-end tooling such as Webpack and Babel
- Familiarity with local development environments, service integration, and multi-component system setups
- Experience diagnosing and resolving performance, scalability, and reliability issues
- Proficient with Git-based version control and collaborative development workflows
- Experience writing and maintaining automated tests (unit, integration, and/or end-to-end) using frameworks such as Cypress, Selenium, Mocha, or equivalent
- Strong attention to UI/UX quality, with the ability to translate designs into clean, maintainable implementations and suggest improvements where needed
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across product, design, and engineering teams
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with map-based APIs, telematics, and routing APIs
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or Jenkins
- Experience architecting RESTful APIs for web applications
- IoT-based mobile and/or web application experience
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and as a collaborative team member
- Experience working with Azure Cloud is advantageous
- Experience with payment processing and subscription-based system integrations is a plus
- Background in logistics, fleet management, or transportation-related systems is an advantage
- Hands-on experience building telematics features and customer-facing portals
- Experience working in English-speaking, cross-functional development environments
