当部門では、富山工場で生産されるバスの品質を確保するため、完成車の検査に加え、納入部品の品質確認や、お客様による工場での品質確認への

立ち合いを行っています。お客様の期待に応える製品づくりを目指し、現場での品質管理を徹底するとともに、市場からの不具合情報をもとにした

継続的な品質改善にも取り組んでいます。これらの活動を通じて、お客様のビジネスを支える高品質な製品の提供に貢献しています。

当部門は、品質統制、品質評価、品質検査の3つのグループで構成されています。現在は約54名が在籍しており、それぞれの専門性を活かして業務に

取り組んでいます。富山工場でのバス生産における品質確保を担う重要な部門として、業務の拡大に伴い、さらなる人員体制の強化を進めています。

※選考について

本選考は、三菱ふそうトラック・バス株式会社（以下「当社」）が主体となって実施し、採用（雇用契約の締結）も当社が行います。

事業立ち上げに伴い、新会社の設立と同時にそちらへ「転籍」していただく予定です（転籍に際しては、雇用契約上の使用者が新設会社へ変更となります）。なお、転籍は内定受諾時に本人の同意をいただいた上で行います。

This department is dedicated to ensuring the production quality of buses manufactured at the Toyama Plant. In addition to inspecting 

completed vehicles, the team conducts quality checks on incoming parts and supports customer inspections at the factory. With a strong 

commitment to meeting customer expectations, the department focuses on thorough quality control and continuous improvement 

based on feedback from the market. Through these missions, we contribute to delivering high-quality products that support our 

customers’ business success.

The department is organized into three groups: Quality Control, Quality Evaluation, and Quality Inspection. Currently, the team consists of 

approximately 54 members, each contributing their expertise. As a key function supporting the quality of bus production at the Toyama Plant, the department is actively expanding its workforce to meet growing operational needs.

Selection Process

This selection process is primarily conducted by Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), and the Company will be the employer (the party entering into the employment contract).

Due to the launch of a new business, you are expected to be transferred (tensekki) to a new company upon its establishment. (In this case, the employer under the employment contract will change to the newly established company). This transfer will be carried out only after obtaining your consent at the time of job offer acceptance.

Furthermore, due to the nature of the business operations, representatives from the Company and Mitsubishi Fuso Bus Manufacturing Co., Ltd. may participate as interviewers. Application information may be shared between the Company and the representatives of the aforementioned company for recruitment purposes. All representatives are bound by confidentiality obligations and will not use the information for any purpose other than the selection process.

仕事内容／Job Description

製品の品質問題を解決するために、優先順位をつけて分析・調査を行い、改善につなげる業務です。以下の業務に従事いただきます。

市場からの商品品質情報の分析・整理

社内関連部門およびサプライヤに対する不具合原因の調査指示・回答内容の検証

8Dプロセスを活用した問題解決プロセスの推進、実行部門のフォローとサポート

社内外の多くの関係者と協働する中で、問題解決能力を高めるとともに、異なる立場の利害関係者をまとめて目標達成に導くリーダーシップを

身につけることができます。

また、バスを構成する部品・コンポーネントに関する幅広い知識を習得でき、個人のスキルアップにもつながります。

This role involves prioritizing, analyzing, and investigating product quality issues to drive effective improvements. 

Responsibilities

- Analysis and organization of product quality information from the market

- Instruction and verification of defect investigations conducted by internal departments and suppliers

- Promotion of problem-solving processes using the 8D methodology, including follow-up and support for implementation teams

Through collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders, you will enhance your problem-solving capabilities and develop leadership skills by aligning differing interests toward a common goal.

Additionally, you will gain broad knowledge of bus components and systems, contributing to your professional growth.

求められる業務経験【必須】

・製品の不具合を解決するための実務経験を含め、自動車業界における品質管理・開発・生産部門での5年以上の実務経験

・自動車業界での品質管理・開発・生産部門での5年以上の経験

・製品不具合に関する原因分析・対策立案の実務経験

歓迎する業務経験

・市場措置（リコール等）に関する官公庁対応の実務経験

求められるスキル【必須】

・品質管理および問題解決に関する基本知識

・複雑な内容の要約と的確な日本語での伝達能力

・QC七つ道具、8Dプロセスに関する基礎知識

・日本語での高度な文章力・会話力（複雑な内容の要約と明確な伝達）

Required Experience

- Over 5 years of experience in quality control, development, or production in the automotive industry

- Practical experience in root cause analysis and countermeasure planning for product issues

Preferred Experience

- Experience in regulatory communications related to market actions (e.g., recalls)

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of QC Seven Tools and the 8D problem-solving process

- Advanced Japanese writing and speaking skills (ability to summarize and clearly communicate complex content)

基本給（円/月）：xxx,000円

賞与：年2回支給

※給与はこれまでの知識や経験等を考慮して最終的に決定いたします

※残業手当など各種手当は別途支給いたします
