三菱ふそうトラック・バス株式会社（MFTBC）は、90年以上にわたり商用車の「ものづくり」を支えてきた歴史と技術力を背景に、世界170以上の国と地域でトラック・バスを展開するグローバルメーカーです。

2026年4月には、日野自動車と統合し、新たに設立される持株会社 「ARCHION（アーチオン）」 の一員として事業を開始します。

ARCHIONは、トヨタ自動車およびダイムラートラックがそれぞれ25％を出資する新たな商用車グループであり、日本発の強力な商用車パートナーとして、開発・調達・生産の協業を通じ、アジア太平洋地域を中心にグローバルでの競争力強化を目指しています。

MFTBCは、これまで培ってきた日本の技術力とグローバル市場での経験をもとに、

革新的な商用車の開発、カーボンニュートラルへの挑戦、CASE技術（電動化・自動化など）への取り組みを加速させていきます。

新体制のもと、商用車の未来を切り拓く存在として、より安全・高品質で環境に優しいモビリティの提供に取り組んでまいります。

 

Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (MFTBC) is a global commercial vehicle manufacturer with more than 90 years of history and craftsmanship, delivering high‑quality trucks and buses to over 170 countries and regions worldwide.

In April 2026, MFTBC will integrate with Hino Motors under a newly established holding company, ARCHION, and begin operations as part of this new organization.

ARCHION is a new commercial vehicle group jointly supported by Toyota Motor Corporation and Daimler Truck, each holding a 25% stake, aiming to strengthen competitiveness across the Asia‑Pacific region and beyond through collaboration in development, procurement, and production.

Building on Japan’s engineering excellence and our extensive global experience, MFTBC will continue to accelerate innovation in commercial vehicle development, advance carbon‑neutral initiatives, and drive CASE technologies including electrification and automated driving.

Under the new structure, we remain committed to shaping the future of commercial mobility and delivering safer, higher‑quality, and more environmentally friendly transportation solutions for customers around the world.

部署の紹介／Department Introduction

適正取引推進部は、中小受託取引適正化法（取適法）の施行を踏まえ、対サプライヤー取引における適正性・透明性の確保を全社横断で推進する専門組織です。

購買・調達領域を中心に、法令要求を業務プロセスへ反映する企画・管理機能と、監査を通じてリスクを検知・是正する機能の両面から、取引適正化の定着と再発防止に取り組んでいます。また、経済産業省等の関係省庁や自動車業界団体（自工会等）と連携し、日本の業界動向とMFTBCグループ標準を整合させながら、持続可能で信頼性の高いサプライヤー取引基盤の構築を目指しています。

新設組織となり、マネージャー 2名、スタッフ 12名を新規採用予定

仕事内容／Job Description

業務内容

- 取適法を中心とした遵守状況について、社内・子会社を対象に内部監査を実施し、事実確認・評価・指摘・是正フォローを担当。

- 拠点監査の計画・準備・実査・報告までの一連を担う。

- 立上げ期は監査論点を企画側へフィードバックし、手順改善・教育・ガイドライン改訂にも越境して協働。


業務を通じて身につく知識・スキル

- 監査手続（計画、実査、証跡、評価、報告書）とファクトベースの指摘力。

- 是正（CAPA）推進、再発防止フォローの実務。

- 拠点・子会社・購買現場との説明/調整力、監査品質の標準化。


将来のキャリアパス展望

- 内部監査/GRC専門職、監査リード、グループ監査推進。

- 監査企画・品質管理へのステップアップ。

募集要件／Requirement

製造業(自動車業界が望ましい)における、法務・コンプライアンス分野、または、調達・購買/SCM業務実務経験

または、プロジェクト管理を主導/PMO業務に従事した経験


日本語：Native

英語：Business

※日本語固有のニュアンス解釈を含んだ日本語理解力(母国語相当)があることが望ましい

　住所：神奈川県川崎市中原大倉町10番地

　最寄駅１：東急東横線「元住吉」駅　および　JR「新川崎」駅より無料シャトルバス運行

　最寄駅２：JR「平間」駅より徒歩10分

　その他：自動車／自転車／オートバイ通勤も可能

フレックスタイム制　※コアタイム無し

年間休日：122日（2024年）

完全週休2日制（土曜、日曜）、祝祭日（会社カレンダーに準ずる）

年次有給休暇、慶弔休暇、産前産後育児休暇、介護休暇など


■ 給与

賞与：年2回支給

手当：通勤手当、モバイルワーク手当、残業手当、子供手当、住宅手当、退職金制度（DC pension）等

※知識・経験を考慮して最終的に決定

※残業手当など各種手当は別途支給

Bonus : Twice a year

*Salary will be decided based on knowledge and experience
