We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced member to join our dynamic R&D ZEV Concept & Project managment team. You will play a crucial role in analize customer requirements, develop concept with design experts, interact with external stakeholders to align concept and implement.
The Entire vehicle department led by Director with various 7 line functions ( Entire vehicle- 4 teams, Cab design-1, Chassis Design-1 & Styling team-1). Our team comes under part of Entire vehicle. This team led by Senior manager who is handling HMDT Entire vehicle activity/Lay out packaging / ZEV Concpet/eMobility Project ). Total staffs:32 (MFTBC-26, FTCI India-12). Person who recruited to report Manager for eMobility ZEV Concept
仕事内容／Job Description
Develop and implement future Product strategies aligned with the company's business objectives. Start with understanding Regulaiton, Market needs ,Competitor benchmarking, Future technologies . Set Product strategy ,then define product concept together with design experts. To realize concept into actual product, conduct workshop to define budget/timeline/external stakeholder alignment. Finally report to management for concept approval. Project management from kickstart to product realization also expected
募集要件／Requirement
Min of 5 yrs of experience in Product development/Project management (within R&D preferable) . Bachelor's degree in Automotive,Mechanical,Electrical or a related field. In-depth understanding of strategy creation,Commericial vehicle industry & Product development . Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools &Gen AI. PMP certification will be attractive
