Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (MFTBC) is a global commercial vehicle manufacturer with more than 90 years of history and craftsmanship, delivering high‑quality trucks and buses to over 170 countries and regions worldwide.

In April 2026, MFTBC will integrate with Hino Motors under a newly established holding company, ARCHION, and begin operations as part of this new organization.

ARCHION is a new commercial vehicle group jointly supported by Toyota Motor Corporation and Daimler Truck, each holding a 25% stake, aiming to strengthen competitiveness across the Asia‑Pacific region and beyond through collaboration in development, procurement, and production.

三菱ふそうトラック・バス株式会社（MFTBC）の購買には、ドイツ、日本、米国、インド、ブラジルに大規模な拠点を持つ、700名からなるグローバルなDaimler Trucks購買組織の重要な一部です。

この機動力のあるグローバル組織を活用することで、MFTBCはサプライヤーとの緊密な関係を築き、MFTBCの将来の方向性に影響を与えることが可能になります。

日本には130名のメンバーが在籍しており、MFTBCの購買は日本で最大級の購買組織のひとつです。この戦略的な購買チームは、50名以上のコストアナリストと、品質管理や発注を担当する60名のサプライヤーマネージメントスタッフによって支えられています。

購買は、R&D、生産、品質部門と密接に連携しながら、ベンチマークとなる資材コストの達成と、最高品質レベルでの継続的な供給を実現することを目的に活動をしています。

現在、そのMFTBC購買チームの、原材料／プレス部品／原材料購買部門に属している「ロードボデー購買チーム(ダンプ/クレーン)」のマネージャーを募集しています。ロードボデー購買チーム(ダンプ/クレーン)は4名のバイヤーと1名のアシスタントで構成されており、年間100億円以上の資材費を管理しています。

The Procurement Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (MFTBC) organization is an integral part of the global Daimler Trucks Procurement organization with large divisions based in Germany, Japan, US, India and Brazil, and a total staff of over 700 members. By leveraging this agile and global organization, MFTBC can secure close relationships with suppliers that help to impact the future direction.

With 130 members located in headquarter in Japan, the Procurement MFTBC team is one of the largest procurement organizations in the county. This strategic procurement department is supported by over 50 Cost Analysts and 60 supplier managers handling quality and ordering. The goal of the Procurement group in Japan is to achieve a benchmark material cost position and continuous supply at the highest quality level in close collaboration with the R&D, Production and Quality departments.

We recruit a manager of procurement load-body tipper/crane team that belongs to Raw Material / Stamping Parts / Load body Procurement department in MFTBC. The load-body procurement team consists of four buyers and one assistants, and manages an annual material cost of 10 billion JPY.

仕事内容 / Job Description

【業務内容】

ダンプ架装、クレーン架装などを対象として購買を担当

継続的な改善の“推進役”として、積極的に競争を促進する。

以下の業務において、リーダーとしてチームを管理する。

１．価格交渉、契約の締結

２．対象架装物についての中期的な調達戦略の策定と実行

３．見積依頼（RfQ）の実施、見積分析、ベンチマーク、ボデーサプライヤーの提案

Handling a load-body, Tipper, Crane and the other body commodities in Japan.

- Be a “driver” for continuous improvement and an advocate for competition.

- Manage the team as a leader of given set of suppliers for the following tasks.

1. Price negotiations, Contracting of terms and conditions.

2. Creation and execution of sourcing strategies for responsible commodities in med term.

3. RfQ, analyze quotations, benchmark, and propose suppliers.

募集要件 / Requirement

・自動車関連業界での5年以上の業務経験を有する方。購買、サプライチェーンマネジメント、または物流の経験がある場合は尚可。

・学歴：大卒もしくはそれ以上の方。工学、経済学、法学、またはビジネス専攻の場合は尚可。

・Microsoft Office （Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook）が使える方。

・ more than 5 years working experience in the automotive relevant experience. Procurement, Supply chain managment, or Logistics is preferred.

・ Educational Qualification : Bachelor or above, degree in Engineering, Economics, Law or Business is preferred.

・ Knowledge on MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
