バスビジネスのさらなる強化・国際化のため、新バス会社を設立する予定です。
新バス会社のビジネスモデルにおいては、既存の三菱ふそうバス製造(略称 MFBM)の比べて業務範囲が大幅に拡大し、新たに発生する経理業務（購買範囲の拡大、Retailでの入出金、債権債務管理等）の遂行、より複雑になる財務諸表作成・決算報告、税務関連タスクの遂行する必要があります。また、内部統制の強化も目指します。そのため、適切なスキルを持った人材を募集いたします。
新会社では、財務管理部門がCFO含めて19名の予定です。そのうち10名が、経理・税務担当および内部統制業務を担当します。既存の会社(MFBM)の経理L5マネージャー（1名）、スタッフ3名は留任する前提で、新設されるL4マネージャーも含め、6名を募集いたします。そのうちの5名は、Accounting and Tax（経理担当、税務サポート）とし、残りの1名は内部統制を担当する構成になります。
※選考について
本選考は、三菱ふそうトラック・バス株式会社（以下「当社」）が主体となって実施し、採用（雇用契約の締結）も当社が行います。
事業立ち上げに伴い、新会社の設立と同時にそちらへ「転籍」していただく予定です（転籍に際しては、雇用契約上の使用者が新設会社へ変更となります）。なお、転籍は内定受諾時に本人の同意をいただいた上で行います。
We will establish a new company to further strengthen the bus business and promote its international footstep.
In the new bus company’s business model, the scope of activities will be significantly expanded compared to the existing bus company. New accounting tasks (expanded purchasing scope, management of AR & AP in retail etc.), more complex financial statements, tax-related tasks need to be carried out. Additionally, we also aim to strengthen internal controls.
We are seeking highly motivated and experienced specialists to join our Accounting, Tax & Governance team.
The new company will have 19 employees (incl. CFO) in the finance team. 10 members of the team will be responsible for accounting, tax and internal control. As addition to the four current employees, we recruit six members including the newly created L4 managers. Five of them will be responsible for accounting and tax and one for internal control.
Selection and Employment:
The selection process is conducted by Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). Upon successful application, the Company will initially handle the hiring process and the execution of the employment contract.
Transfer of Employment:
Please be advised that as part of the launch of our new business, we plan to "transfer" your employment to a newly established company concurrently with its founding. (Upon transfer, the employer on your contract will change to the new company).
This transfer will be carried out only after obtaining your formal consent at the time of the job offer acceptance.

- 売上、売掛金、売掛金管理
- 仕入、債務、買掛金管理
- 決算（非連結）
- 決算（連結一括提出）
- 書類作成
- 株主総会準備
- 監査サポート
キャリアパス：
車両製造からRetail salesまで一貫した経理処理、また国際的な環境でのIFRS財務・会計知識の取得の機会。多様なチームとの協業。
Main tasks:
- Ensure and enhance Internal control, perform relevant reporting to management and relevant parties
- Support Financial Audit in terms of internal control
- Support Corporate Audit and coordinate remediation activities
- Support Accounting team (if necessary)
Career paths:
Consistent accounting from vehicle production to retail sales, and the opportunity to gain IFRS finance and accounting knowledge in an international environment, working with diverse teams.
募集要件／Requirement
(スタッフレベル)
- 日本語母語または上級（ビジネス）
- 内部統制、内部監査、ビジネスプロセス管理・改善等の経験(2年以上が望ましい)
- 財務部門での業務経験 (2年以上が望ましい)
- 簿記3級または同等以上
- Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint 中級
- 英語力（TOEIC 650以上が望ましい）（会話以上）
(Staff level)
- Japanese native or business level
- Experience in internal controls, internal audits, business process management and improvement, etc. (at least 2 years preferred)
- Work experience in finance (at least 2 years preferred)
- Bookkeeping grade 2 or higher preferred
- Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint intermediate
- English language skills (TOEIC 650 or higher preferred)※Business
