製品エンジニアリング部門では、既存製品の管理と並行して、新技術や新製品の開発に取り組んでいます。
'開発本部は約700名の人員で構成されています。

仕事内容／Job Description

'開発本部では，プロジェクトマネジメント，車体・メカトロニクス・パワートレーン開発，開発品質管理，認証などの業務を行っており，それぞれの役割毎に，部門が設定され，各部門長の元，マネージャーが数名のスタッフをリードして，実際の業務を行っています。
マネージャーは，自チーム配下メンバーの人事管理，育成，業務面のリードを担い，チームが効率よく活動できるようにする役割を持ちます。
マネージャーとしての経験を積むことにより，さらに，上位職位である部長へ昇進するチャンスもあります。
'The Development Division handles project management, vehicle body/mechatronics/powertrain development, development quality control, and certification. Each role is handled by a separate department, with each department head overseeing a team of managers leading several staff members.
Managers are responsible for personnel management, training, and operational leadership of their team members, ensuring the team operates efficiently.
With experience as a manager, there are opportunities for promotion to higher positions such as department head.

'- At least bachelor degree of mechanical engineering or equivalent basis as educational background
- Good leadership to manage own team and the stakeholders inside / outside R&D, e.g. QM, Sales, etc.
