当社の新しい販売体制による新設するチームとなります。各地に駐在している営業MGやスタッフと一緒に、SCのCS部門や川崎や富山の部門と連携しCSの観点からお客様の困りごとや問題に対応する部門となります。

バス販売部は10のチームで構成されており、それぞれ2つの本社部門と8つの地域営業部門で構成されている。

全体で約80名程が在籍している。

今回募集している「CSフィールドサービス」は新体制での新設部門となります。MG１人、川崎スタッフ２名、地区駐在８名を想定します。

※選考について

本選考は、三菱ふそうトラック・バス株式会社（以下「当社」）が主体となって実施し、採用（雇用契約の締結）も当社が行います。

事業立ち上げに伴い、新会社の設立と同時にそちらへ「転籍」していただく予定です（転籍に際しては、雇用契約上の使用者が新設会社へ変更となります）。なお、転籍は内定受諾時に本人の同意をいただいた上で行います。

This function will be new by new sales organization. Work together with sales MG and staffs, this function should treat countermeasures for issues and problems for customers in cooperation with SC CS dept., Kawasaki, and Toyama from CS perspective.

Bus sales Japan organized  by 10 teams. There are 2 functions in Kawasaki HQ and 8 region sales function. Around 80 employees belong to the department.

CS field service currently recruiting is new function as new sales organization. we are recruiting 1 MG and 8 Saffs this time.

Selection Process

This selection process is primarily conducted by Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), and the Company will be the employer (the party entering into the employment contract).

Due to the launch of a new business, you are expected to be transferred (tenseki) to a new company upon its establishment. (In this case, the employer under the employment contract will change to the newly established company). This transfer will be carried out only after obtaining your consent at the time of job offer acceptance.

Furthermore, due to the nature of the business operations, representatives from the Company and Mitsubishi Fuso Bus Manufacturing Co., Ltd. may participate as interviewers. Application information may be shared between the Company and the representatives of the aforementioned company for recruitment purposes. All representatives are bound by confidentiality obligations and will not use the information for any purpose other than the selection process.

仕事内容／Job Description

主なバスCSフィールドサービス業務

・不具合発生時の１次対応としてSC各拠点と連携した問題解決を促進。

・川崎、富山との連携を通じて原因の追及とお客様への報告など。

・営業スタッフと定期的なお客様訪問を行い、予防整備や不具合情報等の共有。

・各地区で行われる技術連絡会（各地区バス協、ユーザー別）の開催サポート。

・パートナーからの新商品に関するSC拠点への技術サポート。

・お客様とのダイレクトなコミュニケーションを通じて対人能力の強化が可能となります。また関連部門との調整もあることからネットワークが広がり、

新商品に関する専門知識と併せて管理職としての道も広がります。

Job summary for CS field services

・Proceed problem solving in cooperation with SC each branch and workshop as initial action when vehicle problem happened.

・Investigate through cooperation with Kawasaki and Toyama and reporting to customer.

・Customer visit regularly with sales staff and share information on preventive maintenance and defect etc.

・Support the holding technical information meeting by bus association and main customers.

・New product technical support to SC branch and workshop.

Career path

・Possible to improve interpersonal skill through direct communication with customers. you will also be able to extend your network but coordinating with related department. your expertise in new product will link to career path to management.

募集要件／Requirement

CS部門で３年以上の経験、または開発、生産、品質部門など商品や技術に関する業務経験のある方。

対人能力、自立・協調性の備わった方。

Microsoft Office を業務上問題なく使える方。

日本語：ネイティブレベル、英語：尚可

More than three years experience in CS function or experience in RD, Production, and Quality function.

Interpersonal skill. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Microsoft Office intermediate level.

Japanese: Native level, English: Preferred

年間休日：121日（2025年）

完全週休2日制（土曜、日曜）、祝祭日（会社カレンダーに準ずる）

■ 給与

基本給（円/月）：※給与はこれまでの知識や経験等を考慮して最終的に決定いたします

賞与：年2回支給

手当：通勤手当、モバイルワーク手当、残業手当、子供手当、住宅手当、退職金制度（DC pension）等

※残業手当など各種手当は別途支給いたします
