私たちの購買部門では、バス製品の品質と競争力を支える「調達力」の強化に取り組んでいます。現在、購買業務で求められるサプライヤーとの契約業務やコンプライアンス遵守全般を管理するスタッフとして、意欲的で経験を積んだ方を新たにお迎えしたいと考えています。

主な業務は、バイヤーの行うサプライヤー選定プロセスの管理、取引契約の締結サポート、定期的な購買チーム内のトレーニング管理など、正しい購買業務の運営に関してリードしていただきます。

購買部門は、サプライヤーとの信頼関係を築きながら、調達戦略の立案やサプライチェーンの強化を実現する役割を担っています。製品を世界に届けるための重要なポジションであり、社内外の多様な関係者と連携しながら、ダイナミックに活躍できる環境です。

購買部門は、製品の特性に応じて効率的かつ専門的な調達を行うため、2つのチームに分かれ、さらに「外装部品」「内装部品」「MFTBC部品」

「ガバナンス」の4つのサブチームで構成されています。

部門全体は、1名の部長と2名のマネージャーがマネジメントを担い、各バイヤーがそれぞれの専門領域を担当しています。現在は、30代から50代の

経験豊富なバイヤー6名と、業務を支えるアシスタントスタッフ1名が在籍しており、落ち着いた雰囲気の中で、互いに協力し業務を進めています。

専門性を活かしながらも、チーム間の連携を大切にしており、知識や経験を共有しながら成長できる環境です。新しく加わる方にも、安心して業務に取り組んでいただける体制が整っています。

※選考について

本選考は、三菱ふそうトラック・バス株式会社（以下「当社」）が主体となって実施し、採用（雇用契約の締結）も当社が行います。

事業立ち上げに伴い、新会社の設立と同時にそちらへ「転籍」していただく予定です（転籍に際しては、雇用契約上の使用者が新設会社へ変更となります）。なお、転籍は内定受諾時に本人の同意をいただいた上で行います。 

また、業務内容の特性上、当社および三菱ふそうバス製造株式会社の担当者が面接官として参加する場合があります。応募情報は採用選考の目的で当社および同社の担当者間で共有されることがあります。各担当者は守秘義務を負い、採用選考以外の目的では利用しません。

Our Procurement Department plays a vital role in strengthening our sourcing capabilities to support the delivery of high-quality bus products worldwide. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced staff for procurement governance to join our team.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the supplier selection process conducted by buyers, supporting the conclusion of business contracts, and managing regular training sessions within the procurement team. This role plays a leading part in ensuring proper corporate operations.

The Procurement Department plays a vital role in building trust-based relationships with suppliers, formulating procurement strategies, and enhancing the supply chain. It is a key position that contributes to delivering our products to the world, offering a dynamic environment where you will collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

Our Procurement Department is organized into two main teams, which are further divided into four specialized sub-teams: Exterior Parts, Interior Parts, MFTBC Parts, and Governance.

The department is led by one General Manager and two Managers, with each buyer responsible for specific product categories based on their expertise. Currently, the team consists of six experienced buyers and one assistant staff member, with team members ranging in age from their 30s to 50s.

We foster a collaborative and professional environment where team members share knowledge and support each other. The structure allows for both specialization and cross-functional cooperation, creating a workplace where new members can quickly integrate and grow.

※Selection Process

This selection process is primarily conducted by Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), and the Company will be the employer (the party entering into the employment contract).

Due to the launch of a new business, you are expected to be transferred (tensekki) to a new company upon its establishment. (In this case, the employer under the employment contract will change to the newly established company). This transfer will be carried out only after obtaining your consent at the time of job offer acceptance.

Furthermore, due to the nature of the business operations, representatives from the Company and Mitsubishi Fuso Bus Manufacturing Co., Ltd. may participate as interviewers. Application information may be shared between the Company and the representatives of the aforementioned company for recruitment purposes. All representatives are bound by confidentiality obligations and will not use the information for any purpose other than the selection process.

<主な業務分野>

　・ガバナンスとコンプライアンスの徹底と、購買プロセス全般の正しい運用をリードする。

　・購買プロセスとガバナンスの担当者として以下の業務を担う。

　1. 承認プロセスと承認閾値などのサプライヤー選定のプロセスマネジメント。

  2. 契約管理および関連する規制のキャッチアップと情報共有。

  3. 持続可能な調達プロセスと知識更新を維持するためのトレーニング調整。

  4. 調達チームの代表としての認証業務。

<主なタスク>

・購買バイヤーの指導を通した正当な購買活動の維持。

・当局による調査のような、購買関連法規に関する業務。

・中期的な購買管理戦略を策定し、社内の合意を得る。

・購買バイヤーの契約締結とプロセス全般のサポート。

<Main responsibility>

- Be a "guardian" of governance and compliance. Lead the correct operation of entire procurement processes.

- Main responsible person to procurement process and governance for the following tasks. . 

1. Process management of supplier selectiton including approval path and theshhold. 

2. Contract management and relevant regulatory catching up and information sharing.

3. Training cordination to maintain the sustainable procurement process and the knowledge update.

4. Certification work as a representative of procurement team.

<Key Task description>

- Lead and support buyers to maintain regitimate procurement activities.

- Conduct the discussion action of anti-trust topic like the survay from METI or JFTC.

- Generate mid-term procurement governance strategy and get internal alignment.

- Manage the contract work and process support for buyers.

＜業務経験＞

3年以上のプロセスガバナンス、コンプライアンス、または法務部門での専門的な経験（必須）

基本的なコンプライアンス、法律用語、および調達関連の規制に関する知識があると尚良い。

乗用車や商用車会社などの製造業の法務部門または法務部での専門的な経験があると尚良い。

＜学歴＞

大卒以上　専攻： 法律、ビジネス、経済、工学など （自動車工学 優遇）

言語：日本語ネイティブ、英語会話レベル

＜必要なパーソナルスキル＞

結果にこだわり、達成への強い意志を持っている。

ビジネス改善のためのあらたなアイデアについて、積極的な姿勢を持っている。

戦略的な業務と作業遂行のバランスできている。

高いコミュニケーション能力を持っている。（話す力、書く力、伝える力）

<Business experience>

Mandatory

- Professional experience of Gavernance controlling, Compliance management, or Legal office (dept.), minimum 3 years.

Nice to have

- Knowledge of basic compliance, law term and procurement related regulations.

‐ Professional experience in either legal office or legal dept. of Manufacturing industory loke Passenger car, Commercial vehicle company is plus. 

<Education>

- University degree in either Law, Business, Economics, or Engineering (preferably automotive), Bachelors or above.

-Language: Japanese-Native,English-Convesation

<Personal skill requirement>

- Strong will to succeed and result-driven

- Open-minded and motivated towards new ideas that lead to improvement of business

- Can balance strategic work and operational implementation

- Excellent communication skills (spoken, written, and presentation)
