当部門では、富山工場で生産されるバスの品質を確保するため、完成車の検査に加え、納入部品の品質確認や、お客様による工場での品質確認への

立ち合いを行っています。お客様の期待に応える製品づくりを目指し、現場での品質管理を徹底するとともに、市場からの不具合情報をもとにした

継続的な品質改善にも取り組んでいます。これらの活動を通じて、お客様のビジネスを支える高品質な製品の提供に貢献しています。

当部門は、品質統制、品質評価、品質検査の3つのグループで構成されています。現在は約54名が在籍しており、それぞれの専門性を活かして業務に

取り組んでいます。富山工場でのバス生産における品質確保を担う重要な部門として、業務の拡大に伴い、さらなる人員体制の強化を進めています。

※選考について

本選考は、三菱ふそうトラック・バス株式会社（以下「当社」）が主体となって実施し、採用（雇用契約の締結）も当社が行います。

事業立ち上げに伴い、新会社の設立と同時にそちらへ「転籍」していただく予定です（転籍に際しては、雇用契約上の使用者が新設会社へ変更となります）。なお、転籍は内定受諾時に本人の同意をいただいた上で行います。

This department is dedicated to ensuring the production quality of buses manufactured at the Toyama Plant. In addition to inspecting 

completed vehicles, the team conducts quality checks on incoming parts and supports customer inspections at the factory. With a strong 

commitment to meeting customer expectations, the department focuses on thorough quality control and continuous improvement 

based on feedback from the market. Through these missions, we contribute to delivering high-quality products that support our 

customers’ business success.

The department is organized into three groups: Quality Control, Quality Evaluation, and Quality Inspection. Currently, the team consists of 

approximately 54 members, each contributing their expertise. As a key function supporting the quality of bus production at the Toyama Plant, the department is actively expanding its workforce to meet growing operational needs.

Selection Process

This selection process is primarily conducted by Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), and the Company will be the employer (the party entering into the employment contract).

Due to the launch of a new business, you are expected to be transferred (tensekki) to a new company upon its establishment. (In this case, the employer under the employment contract will change to the newly established company). This transfer will be carried out only after obtaining your consent at the time of job offer acceptance.

Furthermore, due to the nature of the business operations, representatives from the Company and Mitsubishi Fuso Bus Manufacturing Co., Ltd. may participate as interviewers. Application information may be shared between the Company and the representatives of the aforementioned company for recruitment purposes. All representatives are bound by confidentiality obligations and will not use the information for any purpose other than the selection process.

仕事内容／Job Description

バスの新製品開発において、品質確保のための各種検証活動をクロスファンクショナルに推進するプロジェクトメンバーとして、社内外の関係者と

連携しながら、要求事項の確認や工程管理などを担当します。

主な業務内容

As a member of a cross-functional project team for new bus product development, this role supports quality assurance by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to verify requirements, manage component maturity, and oversee production process planning and changes.

募集要件／Requirement

求められる業務経験

・製造業における品質管理・開発・生産部門での5年以上の実務経験

歓迎する業務経験

・新商品開発に関する実務経験

求められるスキル

・日本語または英語による高度なコミュニケーション能力（複雑な内容の要約と明確な伝達）

※日本語会話レベル・英語ビジネスレベル

歓迎するスキル

・品質管理および問題解決に関する基礎知識（QC七つ道具、8Dプロセスなど）

Required Work Experience

- Over 5 years of practical experience in quality assurance, product development, or production in the manufacturing industry

Preferred Work Experience 

- Hands-on experience in new product development

Required Skills

- Advanced communication skills in Japanese or English, including the ability to summarize complex topics and convey them clearly

- Basic knowledge of quality control and problem-solving methods (e.g., QC 7 tools, 8D process)

年間休日：121日（2025年）

完全週休2日制（土曜、日曜）、祝祭日（会社カレンダーに準ずる）

■ 給与

基本給（円/月）：※給与はこれまでの知識や経験等を考慮して最終的に決定いたします

賞与：年2回支給

手当：通勤手当、モバイルワーク手当、残業手当、子供手当、住宅手当、退職金制度（DC pension）等

※残業手当など各種手当は別途支給いたします
