サプライヤー品質エンジニアとして、当社のサプライヤー品質管理 (QMS) 、自動車部品開発チームに参加する意欲的で経験豊富なサプライヤー品質エンジニアを募集しています。サプライヤー品質エンジニアとして、サプライヤー部品品質開発活動の現地および海外におけるサプライヤーおよび内部利害関係者との取引において重要な役割を果たし、当社の成長と成功をサポートします。基本的な ISO および IATF 規格要件を適用することで、自動車部品プロジェクトの部品品質の開発と保証に責任を負います。これに加えて、製造プロセスに関する強力な知識に加えて、製品品質計画と生産部品承認プロセスの実践に関する強力な知識を求めています。
サプライヤー品質管理 (QMS) 部門は、以下の 5 つの異なるチームで構成されています。
1）サプライヤー部品開発&材料 / プロセス技術、
2）量産品質管理 - パワートレイン、
3）量産品質管理 - 車両、
4）材料ラボ、
5）測定ラボ。
QMS には合計約 80 人のメンバーが働いています。
Introduction/Description of the Department
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced supplier quality manager to join our Supplier Quality Management (QMS), Vehicle parts development team, as a Supplier Quality manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring quality of developed parts along with dealing with suppliers and internal stakeholders for supplier part quality development activities locally and also with overseas to support our company's growth and success. You will be responsible for developing and ensuring parts quality for Vehicle parts projects. Adding to this, looking for strong knowledge in Advanced Product Quality Planning and Production Part Approval Processes practices in addition with strong Manufacturing process knowledge.
Organization
The Supplier Quality Management (QMS) Department is made up by 5 different teams:
1) Supplier part development &Material / Process Technologies,
2) Series Quality Management -Powertrain,
3) Series Quality Management - Vehicle,
4) Material lab, 5) Measurement lab.
There are total of approx 80 members working for QMS.
仕事内容／Job Description
1. 自動車業界での業務経験（特に機械加工部品の検査経験があれば尚可）
2. 三次元測定機（CMM）や粗さ・輪郭測定器などの測定機器の操作経験
3.図面や各種規格の読み解きに関する高い知識
3.製造プロセス、幾何寸法および公差（GD&T）パラメータに関する知識
4統計的プロセス制御 (SPC) 、測定システム分析 (MSA) の基本知識
5.測定データに基づいた検査報告書の英語での作成スキル
1.Work experience within Automotive Industry, ideally experience Inspection of machined Parts.
2.Hands on experience on measurement equipment's like Co-ordinate measuring machine (CMM), Roughness and contour tester.
3. Strong knowledge on interpretation of drawings and standards
3. Knowledge about Manufacturing process, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) parameters
4. Basic knowledge in Statistical process control (SPC), Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA)
5. Generating inspection reports based on the measurement data in English.

- 電気系または機械系の学部卒業者
- 品質管理分野での実務経験3年以上
- ISO 9001:2015およびIATF 16949に関する基礎知識
- Microsoft Office（Excel、Word、PowerPointなど）に関する高い操作スキル

■ Job Experience & Knowledge
Electrical / Mechanical graduates
Min 3 years experience in Quality Management profile
Basic knowledge in ISO 9001:2015 and IATF16949
Strong knowledge on MS Office
