Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (MFTBC) is a global commercial vehicle manufacturer with more than 90 years of history and craftsmanship, delivering high‑quality trucks and buses to over 170 countries and regions worldwide.

In April 2026, MFTBC will integrate with Hino Motors under a newly established holding company, ARCHION, and begin operations as part of this new organization.

ARCHION is a new commercial vehicle group jointly supported by Toyota Motor Corporation and Daimler Truck, each holding a 25% stake, aiming to strengthen competitiveness across the Asia‑Pacific region and beyond through collaboration in development, procurement, and production.

Building on Japan’s engineering excellence and our extensive global experience, MFTBC will continue to accelerate innovation in commercial vehicle development, advance carbon‑neutral initiatives, and drive CASE technologies including electrification and automated driving.

その中でも、APAC地域はアジア・オセアニア地域の販売を担う重要な拠点。NV販売、CS販売、技術サービス、製品管理・マーケティング、ネットワーク、事業管理、法務・コンプライアンスなど、多様な専門チームが連携しながら、地域全体のビジネスを推進しています。

企業保険部はARCHIONグループ全体の保険を統括する部門です。主な業務範囲は、グループ全体の保険ガバナンス、リスク分析、損害保険会社やブローカーとの保険契約の交渉および管理全般です。

仕事内容／Job Description

職務概要：

持株会社において、グループ全体の保険戦略の立案・実行および傘下事業会社との調整を統括する職位

財務、株式＆IR、企業保険統括部長にレポートを行う

主な職務：

1) グループ全体の保険戦略の策定と実行

2) 傘下事業会社との保険プログラムに関する調整・協議

3) 保険会社・ブローカーとの戦略的な契約交渉および関係構築

4) 保険条件・料率に関する包括的な交渉戦略の立案と実行

5) グループ全体の保険コストの最適化

6) 保険関連の社内規程・手順の策定・更新

Position Overview:

A leadership role responsible for developing and executing insurance strategies and coordinating with group companies within the holding company structure.

Report to Head of Group Treasury, Equity & IR, Corporate Insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Develop and implement group-wide insurance strategies

2) Coordinate and consult with group companies on insurance programs

3) Lead strategic negotiations with insurers and brokers on contract terms

4) Develop and execute comprehensive negotiation strategies for insurance terms and rates

5) Optimize group-wide insurance costs

6) Establish and update insurance-related internal policies and procedures

募集要件／Requirement

必要要件：

1) 保険・リスクマネジメント分野での実務経験8年以上

2) ビジネスレベルの英語力（読み書き、コミュニケーション）

3) 優れた交渉力およびステークホルダーマネジメント能力

4) 保険マーケットに関する深い知見

5) リーダーシップおよびチームマネジメントスキル

6) CPCU、ARMなどの保険関連資格保持者歓迎

Requirements:

1) Minimum 8 years of experience in insurance and risk management

2) Business-level English proficiency (written and verbal communication)

3) Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills

4) In-depth knowledge of insurance markets

5) Leadership and team management capabilities

6) Professional certifications (CPCU, ARM, etc.) preferred
