連携し、国内外に高品質なバスを提供しています。大型バスでは国内市場で約40％のシェアを誇り、小型バスは世界各国に輸出されています。

そういった点からも当社はダイムラー・トラックおよび三菱ふそうの事業において重要なメンバーとなっています。生産計画部門では、輸出車両の

円滑な輸送を支える業務と、輸出車専用モータープールの管理を担当しています。車両の出荷準備から保管・管理までを一貫して行うことで、

高品質な物流体制の維持に貢献しています。

生産計画部門は、１）車両管理チームと２）部品納入管理チームの2つのチームで構成されています。

部門全体では約8名が在籍しており、今回募集している「車両管理」チームには、20代から50代までの幅広い年齢層の社員4名が所属し、

それぞれの経験と専門性を活かして活躍しています。

※選考について

本選考は、三菱ふそうトラック・バス株式会社（以下「当社」）が主体となって実施し、採用（雇用契約の締結）も当社が行います。

事業立ち上げに伴い、新会社の設立と同時にそちらへ「転籍」していただく予定です（転籍に際しては、雇用契約上の使用者が新設会社へ変更となります）。なお、転籍は内定受諾時に本人の同意をいただいた上で行います。

Mitsubishi Fuso Bus Manufacturing Co., Ltd. combines over 70 years of expertise in bus production with the global capabilities of Daimler, one of the world’s largest commercial vehicle manufacturers, to deliver high-quality buses to markets in Japan and around the world. The company holds approximately 40% market share in large buses domestically and exports small buses globally, playing a vital role in the operations of Daimler Truck and Mitsubishi Fuso.

The Production Planning department is responsible for managing the transportation of export vehicles and overseeing the motor pool dedicated to export units. By handling everything from shipment preparation to storage and coordination, the team plays a key role in maintaining a high-quality logistics system.

The Production Planning department consists of two teams:

1) Vehicle Management

2)Received Parts Management Team

The department has approximately 8 members in total. The team currently hiring—the Vehicle Management team—includes 4 members ranging in age from their 20s to 50s, each contributing their unique experience and expertise.

※Selection Process

This selection process is primarily conducted by Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), and the Company will be the employer (the party entering into the employment contract).

Due to the launch of a new business, you are expected to be transferred (tensekki) to a new company upon its establishment. (In this case, the employer under the employment contract will change to the newly established company). This transfer will be carried out only after obtaining your consent at the time of job offer acceptance.

Furthermore, due to the nature of the business operations, representatives from the Company and Mitsubishi Fuso Bus Manufacturing Co., Ltd. may participate as interviewers. Application information may be shared between the Company and the representatives of the aforementioned company for recruitment purposes. All representatives are bound by confidentiality obligations and will not use the information for any purpose other than the selection process.

完成車両の輸送手配とモータープールの管理を通じて、出荷業務の円滑な運営を支える業務です。物流業者や港湾関係者との調整を含め、輸出車両の管理に関する幅広い業務を担当します。

主な業務内容

１）完成車両輸送手配業務

・日別生産台数の物流業者への展開

・輸送計画の策定と管理・調整

・日々の輸送台数の管理と輸送能力の調整

・出荷車両の出荷状況の確認と出荷指示の連絡

２）モータープール管理業務

・旬毎の確定明細の送付

・モータープール在庫状況の確認と搬入期限延長・通関調整

・船会社や港湾関連業者との調整

This role supports smooth vehicle shipment operations through coordination of finished vehicle transportation and motor pool management. 

It involves working closely with logistics providers and port-related parties to manage export vehicles effectively.

Responsibilities 

1) Completed Vehicle Transportation Coordination

- Sharing daily production volumes with logistics providers

- Planning, managing, and adjusting transportation schedules

- Monitoring daily shipment volumes and adjusting transport capacity

- Confirming shipment status and issuing shipping instructions

2) Motor Pool Management

- Sending finalized vehicle lists periodically

- Monitoring motor pool inventory and coordinating delivery deadline extensions and customs clearance

- Coordinating with shipping companies and port-related vendors

求められる資格

学歴：高等専門学校または大学卒業以上

言語：日本語ネイティブ、英語ビジネス～会話レベル

歓迎する業務経験

・自動車業界または物流業界での勤務経験

・生産管理、調達、購買に関する業務経験

歓迎するスキル

・生産管理や物流に関連する基本的な知識

・調達・購買業務に関する理解

Required Education

Education: Graduation from a technical college or university

Language: Japanese Native, English Business~Convesation

Preferred Work Experience

- Work experience in the automotive or logistics industry

- Experience in production planning, procurement, or purchasing

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge related to production planning and logistics

- Understanding of procurement and purchasing operations

基本給（円/月）：※給与はこれまでの知識や経験等を考慮して最終的に決定いたします

賞与：年2回支給

※残業手当など各種手当は別途支給いたします
