三菱ふそうトラック・バス株式会社(MFTBC)は，日本の川崎市に本社を置く商用車のトップメーカーです。当社のIT本部(IT Trucks Asia FUSO & DICV)は，全業務部門におけるデジタルトランスフォーメーションを推進する上で中核となる重要な役割を担っています。

IT本部は，100名を超える人員と担当する業務部門に応じた複数の部門で構成されており，高度な技術の円滑な導入により，業務部門の主要な運用と戦略的イノベーションをサポートしています。先進的なデジタルプラットフォームを活用したIT主導の組織的な機能・能力により，MFTBC は世界中の顧客の多様化するニーズに応える高品質で革新的な車両を提供しています。

IT本部の構成部門の1つである，IT Product Development & Production 部(以下「IDP」)は，エンジニアリング＆テスト，サイバーセキュリティ，生産(生産計画，製造，サプライチェーン＆物流)，スマートファクトリー，品質・保証といった多岐にわたるプロセスに携わり従事・貢献しています。IDPは，イノベーション，一貫した正確さ，オペレーショナル・エクセレンスを実現するための戦略的な基盤として機能しています。

IDP部のIT部品手配チームは，6名の人員で構成されており，エンドツーエンド プロセスの観点から，同じIDP内の他チームおよびIT本部内の他部門と連携しながら，生産領域におけるサプライチェーン＆ロジスティクス業務を中心に業務を支援しています。

IT部品手配チームのミッションは，トラック・バスなどの車両やエンジンや各種コンポーネントといった量産製品に対して，MRP(資材所要量計画)，購買発注，入庫，在庫管理，出庫，パートナー企業との情報や資料の共有およびコミュニケーション，等の機能を通じて，いかに必要な部品を適切な数量とタイミングで確保することです。

At Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (MFTBC), a leading manufacturer of commercial vehicles headquartered in Kawasaki, Japan, the Information Technology (IT) division of "IT Trucs Asia FUSO & DICV" plays a pivotal role in driving digital transformation across all business units.

The IT division is structured with multiple departments over 100 employees according to key account for Business Organization to support both core operations and strategic innovation, ensuring seamless integration of advanced technologies. IT-driven capabilities through advanced digital platforms empower MFTBC to deliver high-quality, innovative vehicles that meet the evolving needs of customers worldwide.

IT Product Development & Production department(hereinafter referred to as “IDP”), which is one of the IT departments, works and contributes into various processes of Engineering & Testing, Cyber Security, Production(Planning, Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Logistics), Smart-Factory, Quality & Warranty.  IDP serves as a strategic enabler of innovation, precision, and operational excellence.

The "IT Parts Arrangement" team of 6 members in IDP mainly supports our Business within the Supply Chain & Logistics of Production domain collaborating with another IDP teams and also with another IT departments in IT divisions accordingly as end-to-end processes perspective. The mission of IT Parts Arrangement team is how to secure appropriate volume and timing of parts for our series production of product, such as Vehicle(Truck, Bus), Engine, Component, through MRP(Material Requirements Planning), Purchase Order, Goods Receiving, Inventory Management, Goods Issueing, Information/Material sharing & Communication with partners, and so on.

We plans, designs, evaluates, implements, and manages IT systems and solutions that optimize internal business operations and co-work with external partners, customers, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, system integrity, and seamless business operations without disruptions across the entire value chain.

仕事内容／Job Description

- IT部品手配チームのITソリューションアーキテクトは，ITシステムの構想，設計，導入，そして関連するプロセス，ワークフロー，データフロー，機能の継続的改善に関するコンサルタントとして，以下の役割と業務を担い，顧客の持続的な価値創出，効率や品質やセキュリティの向上に貢献します。

- Daimler AG からのカーブアウトにおいて，移行期間中に最適な分離と機能維持を確保し，IT 戦略，アプリケーションランドスケープ，セキュリティポリシー，インフラガイドライン，他社との新規事業におけるシナジー効果を考慮した事業戦略・業務要件に基づき，旧来のレガシーシステムの移行や廃止を行いつつ，新規のITシステム/ツールを構築します。

- 他ITシステムとの非明示的・暗黙的な相互運用性や依存関係を含む，エンドツーエンドの業務プロセスやデータ処理に関する困難な課題を管理し，解決します。

- 同時に，IT システムの運用・保守・サポートを行い，国際的な安全・環境規制の遵守も考慮して，効率性，持続可能性，デジタル品質の向上や，課題の早期検知と是正対応を実現します。

- 社内の機能横断的な関連部門，特に生産BoMや生産計画を担うITチームとの連携・協働します。

   * BoM = Bill of Material(部品表)。製品を構成する部品やサブアセンブリの数量や構成関係を示す大規模な構成/リスト。

- ITおよび業務部門(経営層を含む)，社外パートナー，関係当局といった，あらゆるステークホルダーとのコミュニケーションを調整し，円滑に促進します。

- ITシステムや業務プロセスの間の依存関係や相互連携を分析します。

- 文書やプレゼンテーション資料の作成，および説明を行います。

- 標準的なプロジェクト管理手法に基づき，ITプロジェクトのプロジェクトリーダー/プロジェクトマネージャーとして，ソリューション志向の取り組みや活動を主導します。

- ベンチマーキングのため，市場や業界の最新技術や革新的なトレンドを調査・把握します。

- 状況や進捗を監視，報告し，リスク最小化のため技術的課題に迅速に対応します。

- 調達部門および法務部門と連携し，ITパートナーとのIT関連契約(書)を作成・検証します。

- 管理会計/財務会計(経理)部門と調整し，支出承認プロセスを含む，ITコストやIT予算を管理します。

[Roles, Jobs]

An IT solution architect of IT Parts Arrangement team needs to perform roles and tasks below as a consultant of IT system idea, design, installation and continuous improvement of relevant process, work-flow, data-flow, functionalities in order to contribute to our customers further sustanable benefit, efficiency, quality, security.

- Work on carve-out activities from Daimler AG ensuring optimal separation and functionality during transitions, and establish new IT systems/tools with migration/sundown of old legacy system according to IT strategy, IT application landscape, Security Policy, IT Infrastructure guideline, business strategy & demands considering synergy in new business with other companies. 

- Manage and resolve challenges related to end-to-end business processes and data handling with other IT systems including implicit interoperability and dependency.

- In parallel, operate/maintain/support the IT systems to improve efficiency, sustainability, digital quality, and proactive issue detection & corrective actions, consideting compliance with global safety and environmental regulations.

- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams stakeholders, especially with IT teams of Production BoM* and Production planning.

* BoM = Bill of Material, huge structure/list shows quantities, relation of components and sub-assemblies used to build a product.

- Coordinate and facilitate communication with all stakeholders, such as IT and business offices including upper management, external partners, respective authorities.

- Analyze dependencies and interconnectivity between IT systems and business processes.

- Develop documentation and presentation, explanation.

- Provide technical expertise to ensure compliance with organizational standards and industry best practices.

- Drive solution-oriented initiatives/activities in IT project as IT project lead / project manager role based on standard method.

- Catch up the latest technologies and innovative trends of market or industry for benchmarking.

- Monitor and report status and progress, addressing technical issues promptly to minimize risks.

- Make and validate IT related contracts with IT partners collaborating with Procurement team and Legal team.

- Manage IT cost and budget including spending approval process aligned with Controlling/Accounting team.

◆資格要件（Qualifications）：

・ ITまたは関連分野の学士号

・ 商用車、自動車または関連する B2B 分野での 4〜7 年の経験

・ 業務遂行力、分析力、そして前向きな姿勢（Can-do マインド）

・ 機能横断的かつ多文化環境で働くことに慣れていること

・担当リージョン内への出張に対応できること（約 20～30％）

◆スキル・コンピテンシー（Skills & Competencies）：

・ 商用車の製品カテゴリ（小型〜大型）に関する知識

・ MS Office ツールおよび Atlassian ツールチェーン（Jira、Confluence、Excel、PowerPoint、Power BI など）、さらに各種レポート用ダッシュボードツールの経験

・ マトリックス組織で地域チームを支援した経験

・英語日本語ビジネス以上

（日本語能力試験：N2レベル以上相当，TOEIC : 730点以上相当）

'- Practical skill/knowledge of project management method and framework.

- Over 5 years experience in IT area with multiple project management of IT system implementation, especially about large scale project about ERP(e.g. SAP, Oracle).

- Ability of Stakeholder Management and Structural Logical communication & presentation.

- Knowledge of SCM and Logistics related terminology. (preferred in automotive industry or Commercial Vehicle company)

- Knowledge of basic technology in IT infrastructure, such as network, datacenter/server, interface protocol.

- Skill of workplace tool : MS 365/Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook/Teams/SharePoint/OneNote/OneDrive), Confluence.

- Skill/Mind-set of Logical thinking, Issue-definition, Problem-solving, Self-learning, Job/task execution proficiency with persistency.
