私たちの部の目的は、「新しい開発プロセス / テクノロジーを強化することにより、研究開発におけるマルチプロジェクトマネジメント
を強化する」ことです。私たちの主な責任は、
1）持続可能性/循環型経済製品技術戦略の設定と実装ロードマップの作成、製品開発プロジェクトガバナンス、開発品質ゲート承認管理と製品開発プロセス改善
2）すべての MFTBC 新規および量産製品のエンジニアリングリリース文書
3）開発部門のCapax および Opex 予算管理、トラッキングおよびレポート
技術計画部は 4 つの異なる機能で構成されている。 1）技術Cordination / プロジェクト Tracking 2）エンジニアリング文書化 3）エンジニアリングツール 4）RD 予算管理。約 20 人のメンバー。

Our purpose is to ‘Strengthen multi project management in RD by reinforce new development processes/ technology ’ our main responsible are,
1) Manage & improve product project governance, quality gate approval. Technical co-ordination define strategy and create implement road map
2) Engineering release documentation for all MFTBC new and series product production
3) RD Capax and Opex Budget management, tracking and reporting
Technical planning team consist of 4 different functions 1) Technical co-ordination/Project Tracking 2) Engineering documentation 3) Engineering tools 4) RD Budget mgmt. All together around 20 members in this departement

- 持続可能性/循環型経済に関わる製品設計ガイドラインの改善
- 持続可能性/循環型経済製品に関する技術戦略の策定
- 実装ロードマップの作成、および実行サポート
- 持続可能性/循環型経済製品の目標/KPIの設定
- 製品開発活動/KPIの追跡
このポジションの人物には以下の機会があります：
-トラックおよびバスの車両開発およびシステム/コンポーネント開発への寄与
- R&D設計、実験、およびプロジェクトメンバーとの広範なつながり
- 調達、カスタマーサービス、品質管理など、MFTBCの他部門との広範なつながり
管理職および技術専門家への昇進の機会もあります。
Lead research and development (R&D) activities related to sustainability and the circular economy.
To achieve the sustainability and circular economy goals, the person in this position will lead the following activities:
- Improvement of product design guidelines related to sustainability and the circular economy
- Development of technical strategies for sustainability/circular-economy products
- Creation of implementation roadmaps and support for execution
- Setting targets and KPIs for sustainability/circular-economy products
- Tracking of product development activities and KPIs
This position offers the following opportunities:
Contribution to truck development as well as system/component development
Extensive collaboration with R&D design, testing, and project members
Broad connections with other departments within MFTBC, including Procurement, Customer Service, and Quality Management
There are also opportunities for promotion to managerial or technical expert positions.

必須条件（Must）:
自動車部品設計または自動車部品材料エンジニアリングの業務経験
CO2フットプリントおよびグリーンマテリアルに関する業務経験および基本的な知識
優れたコミュニケーション能力、ファシリテーションスキル
望ましい条件（Want）:
自動車部品の再利用、リサイクル、リカバリーに関連する業務経験
化石燃料を使用しないプラスチックに関する知識
機械工学または材料工学の修士号
Must
Work experience in automotive parts design or automotive materials engineering
Work experience and basic knowledge related to CO₂ footprint and green materials
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Want
Work experience related to the reuse, recycling, and recovery of automotive components
Knowledge of plastics that do not use fossil fuels
Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Materials Engineering
