FUSO's Connectivity & Digital Services Dept. consists of 3 teams:
1) Software Development,
2) Product Management and New Biz Development,
3)Operations. You will be part of 3) Operations team.
Our department is characterized by and lives diversity, and you'll work with colleagues with variousbackgounds and expertises, e.g. in software engineering, business development, operational and customer excellence.
For the position, you'll further havethe chance to work cross-functionaly, with departments such as Communicaitions, Marketing, Saels, R&D, Customer Services, IT, Quality Management,Legal, Procurement and Finance.
仕事内容/Job Description
As the Finance Operations and Connectivity Operation Optimization Project Lead, you will be responsible for the financial integrity and process efficiency ofour Connectivity ecosystem.
Unlike traditional customer-billing roles, your focus is inward: managing the financial tracking of our digital services, overseeingprocurement with external vendors, and optimizing the operational workflows between our internal Product, Business Development, and SoftwareDevelopment teams.
■1. Finance Operations & Procurement
- Financial Tracking: Maintain rigorous oversight of the Connectivity department’s operational budget, ensuring all costs are tracked against projectmilestones.
- Invoice & Procurement Management: Lead the end-to-end processing of invoices for external vendors (Telco providers, Cloud services, hardwaresuppliers).
- Internal Service Agreements (ISAs): Manage and optimize internal service level agreements and cross-charging mechanisms between departments.
- Vendor Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for external partners regarding financial terms, contract renewals, and procurement compliance.
■2. Operational Optimization
- Intra-Departmental Synergy: Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in the workflow between Product Management, Business Development, and SoftwareDevelopment.
- Process Automation: Design and implement streamlined workflows for how our department requests, tracks, and pays for digital resources.
- KPI Development: Establish operational excellence metrics to measure the efficiency of internal service delivery and financial accuracy.
■3. Stakeholder Management
- Internal Collaboration: Work as a strategic partner to Product Leads and Dev Managers to ensure their technical roadmaps stay within financial andprocurement guardrails.
- Reporting: Provide regular financial health reports and operational "bottleneck" analyses to department leadership.
募集要件/Requirement
■ Experience
5+ years in Project Management, Business Operations, or Finance Operations within a high-tech or automotive environment.
■ Technical Literacy
Ability to understand the "Connectivity Value Chain" (Cloud costs, data transmission fees, software licensing) to effectively managerelated finances
■ Education
Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
■ Language Level
English: Business Level (Required for global stakeholder management and documentation).
Japanese: Basic/Daily Conversation (Useful for navigating local procurement systems and internal office coordination).
