ふそう コネクティビティ＆デジタルサービス部門は、日本国内の以下 3 つのチームで構成されています：

本ポジションのプロダクトマネージャーおよびプロダクトオーナーは、R&D、LCM、ネットワーク、法務、コントローリング、セールス、カスタマーサービスなど、社内の各種ステークホルダーに加え、他のプロダクトオーナー／プロダクトマネージャーとも密接に連携しながら業務を推進します。
The Connectivity department at Mitsubishi Fuso is an integral strategic enabler supporting FUSO’s future targets. In order to achieve these targets, our team turns vehicles into digital assets and provides value‑adding services for our customers. We are therefore pushing toward a digitalized future for the industries our customers operate in.

Today’s product portfolio already includes Truckonnect, BusConnect, docomapPLUS powered by Truckonnect, the remote diagnostic solution Telediagnostics, our machine‑learning‑based routing and dispatching solution Wise Systems, our Data as a Service partnerships, as well as our new logistics concept COBODI. We are steadily expanding our portfolio and improving existing solutions as we move toward international markets.
The FUSO Connectivity & Digital Services Department consists of three teams in Japan:
(1) Product Management & New Business Development (2) Tech Development (3) Operations & Customer Success
The Product team is highly diverse and fosters a dynamic, collaborative, and innovative working environment.
In this role, the Product Manager and Product Owner will work closely with various internal project stakeholders—including R&D, Lifecycle Management, Network, Legal, Controlling, Sales, and Customer Service—along with other product owners and product managers across the organization.

プロダクト・新規事業開発チームの一員として、以下の業務をご担当いただきます。
1. プロダクト・プロジェクトマネジメント
- デジタルソリューションおよびコネクティビティ関連プロジェクトを企画から市場導入までリードし、事業目標、予算、スケジュール、および車両プロジェクトとの整合を確保する。
- プロダクトロードマップ、ビジネス要件、プロジェクト計画、リスクおよび依存関係を管理する。
- 市場調査や顧客訪問を通じて顧客ニーズを把握し、機能の優先順位付けを行う。
- ステークホルダーおよびクロスファンクショナルチームとの連携を推進する。
2. コネクティビティ・コンプライアンス・車両プロジェクト推進
- 車両開発プロジェクトにおけるコネクティビティ関連活動を横断的に推進し、市場投入に向けた準備を統括する。
- 法規制、サイバーセキュリティ、データプライバシーなどのコンプライアンス要件への対応を推進する。
- プロジェクト状況、リスク、依存関係を管理し、必要な改善・対策を実施する。
3. ソリューション導入および開発連携
- ハードウェア、ソフトウェア、クラウドサービスを含むデジタルソリューションの導入を管理する。
- ビジネス部門と開発チームの橋渡し役として、ユーザーストーリーや機能要件を定義する。
- 開発、IT、オペレーション、外部パートナーと連携し、高品質なサービス提供および顧客オンボーディングを実現する。
4. 顧客・パフォーマンス管理
- プロジェクトおよびプロダクトライフサイクル全体を通じて、顧客およびパートナーとの主要窓口を担う。
- 顧客フィードバックや市場ニーズを収集・分析し、製品・サービス改善につなげる。
- 納期、顧客満足度、サービス品質、運用効率などのKPIを管理・報告する。
- データセキュリティポリシーおよび関連法規への準拠を確保する。
主な業務内容
プロジェクトのスケジュール、予算、リソース、リスク、および依存関係を管理する。
ビジネス、開発、IT、コンプライアンス、車両開発部門との横断的な調整を行う。
ビジネス要件およびユーザーストーリーを定義・優先順位付けする。
製品ローンチ、顧客オンボーディング、市場展開を支援する。
KPIを追跡し、継続的改善活動を推進する。
定期的なプロジェクトレビューおよび経営層向けレポーティングを実施する。
As part of the Product & New Business Development team, you will be responsible for:
1. Product & Project Management
- Lead digital solutions and connectivity projects from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives, budgets, timelines, and vehicle project milestones.
- Define product roadmaps, business requirements, project plans, risks, dependencies, and success metrics.
- Conduct market research and customer engagement activities to identify needs and prioritize product features.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment to ensure successful execution.
2. Connectivity, Compliance & Vehicle Project Coordination
- Coordinate connectivity-related activities across vehicle projects to ensure timely delivery and market launch readiness.
- Evaluate and drive implementation of regulatory, cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor project status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation actions while ensuring alignment with vehicle development schedules.
3. Solution Deployment & Development Collaboration
- Manage end-to-end deployment of digital solutions, including hardware, software, cloud services, and operational processes.
- Act as the interface between business stakeholders and development teams, defining user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with engineering, IT, operations, and external partners to ensure high-quality delivery and customer onboarding.
4. Customer & Performance Management
- Serve as a key contact for customers and partners throughout the product lifecycle.
- Gather customer and market insights to drive continuous product and service improvements.
- Monitor and report KPIs including delivery performance, customer satisfaction, service quality, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to data security standards, company policies, and applicable regulations.
Main Responsibilities
Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, engineering, IT, compliance, and vehicle project organizations.
Define and prioritize business requirements and user stories.
Support product launches, customer onboarding, and market rollouts.
Track project performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide regular project reporting and stakeholder communication.

学歴：
ビジネス開発、プロダクトマネジメント、エンジニアリング、IT いずれかの分野で学士号以上。
経験：
プロジェクトマネジメントまたはプロダクトマネジメントの実務経験 2 年以上。
コンプライアンス、法規制対応、またはガバナンス領域における業務経験。
ビジネス要件、ユーザーストーリー、および受入基準（Acceptance Criteria）の作成・定義に関する高いスキル。
スキル：
プロダクトマネジメント・問題解決力・アジャイル開発・カスタマーマインドセット・高いコミュニケーション能力とチームワーク・Microsoft Office、JIRA、Confluence（必須）
言語：
英語（必須）
日本語（日常会話レベル以上）
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Development, Product Management, Engineering, or IT fields.
Experience:
-2+ years of experience in project management and/or product management.
-Experience working with cross‑functional and cross‑department stakeholders, both locally and globally.
-Experience working with compliance, regulatory, or governance requirements.
-Strong skills in writing business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Skills:
Product Management; Problem Solving; Agile development; Customer mindset; Good communication skills and team player; Microsoft Office, JIRA & Confluence (mandatory)
Language:
