財務管理本部（経理部門を含む）は、2拠点にわたる2つのチームで構成されています。CFOが1名、財務管理（Business Finance）チームには

マネージャー1名とスタッフ7名、経理（Accounting）チームにはマネージャー1名とスタッフ9名が所属しています。

今回募集している財務管理（Business Finance）チームには、現在40代から50代の社員が中心となって活躍しています。

※選考について

本選考は、三菱ふそうトラック・バス株式会社（以下「当社」）が主体となって実施し、採用（雇用契約の締結）も当社が行います。

事業立ち上げに伴い、新会社の設立と同時にそちらへ「転籍」していただく予定です（転籍に際しては、雇用契約上の使用者が新設会社へ変更となります）。なお、転籍は内定受諾時に本人の同意をいただいた上で行います。

We are seeking motivated and experienced finance and accounting professionals to join our newly established Business Finance team.

This role requires close collaboration not only with the Finance and Accounting department but also with other divisions across the organization, making cross-functional communication and adaptability essential.

The Finance Management Division, which includes the Accounting function, is structured into two teams across two locations. It is led by a CFO, with the Business Finance team consisting of one manager and seven staff members, and the Accounting team comprising one manager and nine staff members.

The Business Finance team, for which this position is being recruited, currently includes team members primarily in their 40s to 50s.

Selection Process

This selection process is primarily conducted by Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), and the Company will be the employer (the party entering into the employment contract).

Due to the launch of a new business, you are expected to be transferred (tensekki) to a new company upon its establishment. (In this case, the employer under the employment contract will change to the newly established company). This transfer will be carried out only after obtaining your consent at the time of job offer acceptance.

Furthermore, due to the nature of the business operations, representatives from the Company and Mitsubishi Fuso Bus Manufacturing Co., Ltd. may participate as interviewers. Application information may be shared between the Company and the representatives of the aforementioned company for recruitment purposes. All representatives are bound by confidentiality obligations and will not use the information for any purpose other than the selection process.

・主要KPIの分析およびモニタリング

・価格設定に関する議論・計画・レポート作成

・実績・予測・計画の主導およびトップラインパフォーマンスの報告

・販売戦略および価格戦略の計画

・財務チームおよびビジネスパートナーとの連携

・社内ガイドラインおよび法令遵守に基づくプロセスの確保

This role involves close collaboration with the Sales Division and other internal stakeholders to deliver financial insights that support strategic decision-making and performance management.

Responsibilities

- Reporting of decision-support information to senior management

- Analysis and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs)

- Pricing discussions, planning, and reporting

- Leading actuals, forecasts, and planning, and reporting top-line performance

- Planning of sales and pricing strategies

- Coordination with the Finance team and business partners

- Ensuring proper processes in accordance with internal guidelines and legal compliance

募集要件／Requirement

求められる資格

学歴：学士号以上（会計または関連分野）

日商簿記2級または同等以上の会計資格

求められる業務経験

・財務・会計分野での実務経験（2年以上）

・予算管理、業績分析、経営層向けレポート作成などの経験があれば尚可

求められるスキル

・日本語：母語レベルまたは上級レベルのコミュニケーション能力

・英語：TOEIC 650点以上が望ましい

・Microsoft Excel、Word、PowerPointの中級レベルの操作スキル

・論理的思考力と分析力

・部門横断的なコミュニケーション能力と協働姿勢

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting or a related field

Level 2 of the Japan Bookkeeping Certification (Nissho Boki) or an equivalent accounting qualification

Required Experience

- Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in finance or accounting

- Experience in budgeting, performance analysis, and reporting to senior management is a plus

Required Skills

- Native-level or advanced proficiency in Japanese

- English proficiency (TOEIC score of 650 or higher is preferred)

- Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

- Strong logical thinking and analytical skills

- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across departments

基本給（円/月）：※給与はこれまでの知識や経験等を考慮して最終的に決定いたします

賞与：年2回支給

※残業手当など各種手当は別途支給いたします
