・上場企業におけるIR部門とエクイティフロントオフィスの責任者として、投資家との関係構築から株式市場におけるファイナンス、企業価値向上まで、包括的なステークホルダーマネジメントを担当していただきます

・企業戦略に沿ったIR戦略を推進し、東京証券取引所の開示要件に準拠したサステナビリティ関連情報の開示もサポートいただきます

・国内外のエクイティ・ロードショー、グローバルコミュニケーション、リーダーシップ経験を活かし、企業価値と投資家対応を強化していただきます

・ As the head of IR department and equity front office in a listed company, you will be responsible for comprehensive stakeholder management, from building investor relationships to financing in the stock market and enhancing corporate value

・ Promote IR strategy aligned with corporate strategy and support disclosure of sustainability-related information in compliance with Tokyo Stock Exchange requirements

・ Strengthen corporate value and investor relations by leveraging experience in domestic and international equity roadshows, global communication, and leadership

・Co-responsibility for financial announcements in close cooperation with related areas.

仕事内容 / Job Description

・企業のIRビジョン・方針の策定と実行

・株式戦略の企画・実行および投資家エンゲージメントプログラムの推進

・四半期ごとの決算説明会、投資家ミーティング、海外ロードショーの企画及び運用担当部署との連携

・IR開示資料（アニュアルレポート、統合報告書、四半期報告書）の作成・管理

・財務、経営企画、サステナビリティ部門との連携による正確かつ迅速な情報共有

・中長期的なIR戦略の策定（ESG・サステナビリティ施策を含む）

・機関投資家、アナリスト、メディアとの関係構築・強化

・IRチームメンバーの指導・育成

・予算管理および部門KPIの設定・管理

・関連部署(トレジャリー、法務、広報などがあるがこれに限らない)との連携

・Develop and execute corporate IR vision and policies

・Plan and execute equity strategy and promote investor engagement programs

・Plan quarterly earnings presentations, investor meetings, overseas roadshows, and coordinate with relevant departments

・Create and manage IR disclosure materials (annual reports, integrated reports, quarterly reports)

・Ensure accurate and prompt information sharing through coordination with Finance, Corporate Planning, and Sustainability departments

・Develop medium to long-term IR strategy (including ESG and sustainability initiatives)

・Build and strengthen relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and media

・Guide and develop IR team members

・Manage budget and set/monitor departmental KPIs

・Coordinate with related departments (including but not limited to Treasury, Legal, and Public Relations)

募集要件 / Requirement

<必須スキル・経験>

・IR、エクイティセールス、または証券会社での実務経験：5年以上

・エクイティファイナンス案件(IPO, PO等)の実務経験：3年以上

・チームマネジメント及びクロスファンクショナルプロジェクトの調整経験

・英語および日本語のビジネスレベルの語学力(国際機関投資家とのコミュニケーション、英文開示資料の作成、プレゼンテーションが可能なレベル)

・国内外での投資家対応およびエクイティ・ロードショーの豊富な経験

・財務分析、企業価値評価のスキル

・資本市場、IR実務に関する深い理解

＜Required Skills & Experience＞

・5+ years’ experience in IR, equity sales, or securities firms

・3+ years’ experience in equity finance deals (IPO, PO, etc.)

・Team management and cross-functional project coordination experience

・Business-level English and Japanese proficiency (capable of communicating with international institutional investors, creating English disclosure materials, and making presentations)

・Extensive experience in domestic and international investor relations and equity roadshows

・Financial analysis and corporate valuation skills

・Deep understanding of capital markets and IR practices
