Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (MFTBC) is a global commercial vehicle manufacturer with more than 90 years of history and craftsmanship, delivering high‑quality trucks and buses to over 170 countries and regions worldwide.

In April 2026, MFTBC will integrate with Hino Motors under a newly established holding company, ARCHION, and begin operations as part of this new organization.

ARCHION is a new commercial vehicle group jointly supported by Toyota Motor Corporation and Daimler Truck, each holding a 25% stake, aiming to strengthen competitiveness across the Asia‑Pacific region and beyond through collaboration in development, procurement, and production.

Building on Japan’s engineering excellence and our extensive global experience, MFTBC will continue to accelerate innovation in commercial vehicle development, advance carbon‑neutral initiatives, and drive CASE technologies including electrification and automated driving.

We are seeking a Product Manager for aftermarket products. The role involves end-to-end product planning, development, and lifecycle management, including market analysis, strategy formulation, sales promotion, and quality control. Candidates with experience in the automotive industry and strong cross-functional collaboration skills are highly encouraged to apply.

・アフターマーケット商品の企画・開発・ライフサイクル管理

・市場調査・競合分析を通じた商品戦略の立案

・営業・マーケティング部門との連携による販売促進活動の推進

・サプライヤーや製造部門との調整による製品品質・納期の管理

・顧客フィードバックの収集と製品改善への反映

・KPIの設定とパフォーマンス分析による継続的な改善


<English Part>

- Plan, develop, and manage the lifecycle of aftermarket products

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to formulate product strategies

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive promotional activities

- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturing teams to ensure product quality and timely delivery

- Gather customer feedback and incorporate it into product improvements

- Set KPIs and analyze performance for continuous improvement

募集要件／Requirement

経験

＜必須＞

・アフターマーケット商品、または自動車関連製品のプロダクトマネジメント経験（3年以上）


＜尚可＞

・クロスファンクショナルチームとの協業経験

・プロジェクトマネジメントの実務経験

・海外市場向け製品の企画・展開経験

・自動車業界またはアフターマーケット業界に関する知識

・商品企画・開発プロセスに関する理解


語学

日本語：ビジネスレベル

英語：日常会話レベル



Required Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of experience in product management for aftermarket or automotive-related products



Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with cross-functional teams

- Hands-on experience in project management

- Experience in planning and launching products for international markets

- Knowledge of the automotive or aftermarket industry

- Understanding of product planning and development processes

　その他：自動車／自転車／オートバイ通勤も可能

8:00-17:00 / 9:00-18:00

フレックスタイム制　※コアタイム無し

リモートワーク可


■ 休日休暇

年間休日：121日（2025年）

完全週休2日制（土曜、日曜）、祝祭日（会社カレンダーに準ずる）

年次有給休暇、慶弔休暇、産前産後育児休暇、介護休暇など


■ 給与

基本給（円/月）：400,000円～

賞与：年2回支給

手当：通勤手当、モバイルワーク手当、残業手当、子供手当、住宅手当、退職金制度（DC pension）等

※知識・経験を考慮して最終的に決定

※残業手当など各種手当は別途支給

　Address: 10 Okura-cho, Nakahara-ku, Kawasaki-shi, Kanagawa

　Station 1: Company shuttle bus from Tokyu-Toyoko Line "Motosumiyoshi" station and HR "Shinkawasaki" station

　Station 2: Approx 10 min walk from JR "Hirama" station

　Others: Commuting by car, bicyle, or motor bike is also an option

■ Salary

Base Salary (JPY/Month): 400,000 JPY - 

Bonus : Twice a year

Allowance: Commuting, Mobile Work, Overtime, Child, Housing, DC pension etc..

*Salary will be decided based on knowledge and experience

*Allowances to be paid on top of the base salary
