三菱ふそうトラック・バス株式会社（MFTBC）グループの経理部では、財務の誠実性（Financial Integrity）と付加価値の創出（Value Creation）を基本理念に掲げ、グループの連結決算、単体決算、経理業務（Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable）、内部統制、経理システムサポートといった重要かつグローバルな機能を担っています。2023年5月に発表された日野自動車との経営統合に向け、経理機能の強化を進めています。

連結決算チームはMFTBCグループの連結財務諸表（四半期、年度末）の作成やグループ会社の決算プロセスの構築管理など多岐にわたる経理業務に従事します。また会計ポリシーの検討や新基準の導入、テクニカルな会計論点の検討など、よりテクニカルな役割も担っています。内部や外部ステークホルダーに対して重要な財務情報を高い品質で提供し、会社としての舵取りを行うために非常に重要な業務となります。管理会計、販売、製造、財務など、多くの部門と緊密に連携し、会社の様々なプロセスに関する理解を深めることができ、多文化環境の中で他部門と協力しながら、あなたの才能と意欲を発揮する機会が得られます。

The Accounting department of Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (MFTBC) Group is committed to financial integrity and value creation and is responsible for important global functions such as group consolidation, Standalone-closing , transactional accounting (accounts payable/accounts receivable), internal control and accounting system support.  In preparation for the business integration with Hino Motors, announced in May 2023, MFTBC is strengthening its accounting functions.

The Group Consolidation team is responsible for a wide range of accounting activities, including the preparation of consolidated financial statements of MFTBC Group (quarterly and year-end) and the management of the financial closing processes for group companies (both standalone and consolidated).  We are also responsible for more technical tasks, such as reviewing accounting policies across the group, implementing new standards, and examining technical accounting issues.  Our work is crucial for providing important financial information to internal and external stakeholders with high quality, enabling the company to steer its direction effectively.  You will have the opportunity to deepen your understanding of various processes within the company by closely collaborating with many departments, including FP&A, sales, manufacturing and treasury.  In a multicultural environment, you will have the chance to showcase your talents and enthusiasm while working together with other departments.

仕事内容／Job Description

新設されるMFTBCグループ連結決算チームに所属し、主にMFTBCグループ連結決算業務を担当していただきます。

- 四半期、年次財務報告（IFRS基準）のための連結決算プロセスを監督し、財務数値の正確性を確保する。

- 連結財務諸表および関連開示サポート資料の作成をリードする。

- 組織内の財務チーム（税務、財務、単体決算、管理会計）と協力し、連結に必要なデータを収集する。

- 連結会計ポリシーおよび手順書を開発/改善・実施し、チームの効率性を向上させる。

- 連結財務結果を分析し、トレンドや変動に関する洞察を経営陣に提供する。

- 外部監査人との監査プロセスを調整し、監査対応を効率的・効果的に実施、問題の迅速な解決を確保する。

- 連結決算に必要な最新の会計基準やベストプラクティスの変更について最新情報を把握する。

- 必要に応じてMFTBCの単体決算の支援をする。

You will be part of the newly established MFTBC Group Consolidation Team, primarily responsible for MFTBC Group consolidated financial closing operations. 

Your main responsibilities are

-Oversee the consolidated closing process for quarterly and annual financial reporting (IFRS standards) to ensure the accuracy of financial figures.

-Lead the preparation of consolidated financial statements and related disclosure support materials.

-Collaborate with the financial teams within the organization (tax, finance, standalone closing, management accounting) to collect the data necessary for consolidation.

-Develop, improve, and implement consolidated accounting policies and procedures to enhance team efficiency.

-Analyze consolidated financial results and provide insights on trends and variances to management.

-Coordinate the audit process with external auditors, ensuring efficient and effective audit responses and prompt resolution of issues.

-Stay updated on changes to the latest accounting standards and best practices necessary for consolidated closing.

-Support the standalone closing of MFTBC as needed.

募集要件／Requirement

<必須実務経験>

- 経理業務経験3~5年以上 もしくは監査法人での業務経験3年以上

- 単体・連結決算業務関連の経験

- エクセル、パワーポイントを使用したレポーティング

<望ましい実務経験>

- 上場企業でのIFRS連結会計実務経験・開⽰書類作成実務経験（東証開⽰書類含む）

- SAP/DIVA等の会計システムの使⽤経験

- 開⽰システム・アプリケーションの使⽤経験

- トラック・バス業界での経理関連業務経験もしくは自動車業界での経理関連業務経験

<求める能力>

- 会計、経営または関連分野の学士号取得

- 財務報告、経理、IFRS等会計知識

- 優れたコミュニケーション能力、対人能力

- 業務レベルの英語力（海外の経理メンバーとのTV会議やメールでのやりとりが発生します）

- TOEIC 750点以上の英語能力

<歓迎条件>

- 監査法人での監査、コンサルティングの経験

- 公認会計士（海外含む）・税理士などの経理系資格

<Required Work Experience>

-3 to 5 years of accounting experience or over 3 years of experience in an auditing firm

-Experience related to standalone and consolidated financial closing operations

-Reporting experience using Excel and PowerPoint

<Desired Work Experience>

-Practical experience in IFRS consolidated accounting and preparation of disclosure documents in a publicly listed company (including Tokyo Stock Exchange disclosure documents)

-Experience using accounting systems such as SAP/DIVA

-Experience using disclosure systems and applications

-Accounting-related work experience in the truck and bus industry or the automotive industry

<Required Skills>

-Bachelor's degree in accounting, management, or a related field

-At least 3 years of experience in auditing

-Knowledge of financial reporting, accounting, IFRS, etc.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Business-level English proficiency (comfortable with meetings and email correspondence with overseas accounting members)

-TOEIC score of 750 or higher

<Preferred Qualifications>

-Experience in auditing and consulting at an auditing firm

-Accounting certifications such as CPA (including overseas) or tax accountant certifications

基本給（円/月）：290,000円～

賞与：年2回支給

手当：通勤手当、モバイルワーク手当、残業手当、子供手当、住宅手当、退職金制度（DC pension）等
