三菱ふそうトラック・バス株式会社は、神奈川県川崎市に本社を置く商用車のリーディングカンパニーです。当社の情報技術（IT）部門は、全事業部門におけるデジタルトランスフォーメーション推進の中核的な役割を担っています。IT部門は、基幹業務の支援と戦略的なイノベーションの促進の両立を目的に組織されており、製造・エンジニアリングをはじめとした多様な業務プロセスに対し、最新技術のシームレスな統合を実現しています。

「セールス、カスタマーサービス＆クロスファンクション」部門は、国際販売、パーツマネジメント、国内小売、財務、人事、調達に関連する全てのシステムおよびITプロセスを担当しています。

本ポジションは、財務・人事・調達などのクロスファンクション領域を担当する7名の専門家チームの一員となり、ITインフラストラクチャーや他のアプリケーションチーム、さらに各関連ビジネス部門とも密接に連携しながら業務を行います。

At Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation, a leading manufacturer of commercial vehicles headquartered in Kawasaki, Japan, the Information Technology (IT) department plays a pivotal role in driving digital transformation across all business units. The IT division is structured to support both core operations and strategic innovation, ensuring seamless integration of advanced technologies into manufacturing, engineering and various processes. The "Sales, Customer Service and Cross Functions" Departments is responsible for all systems and IT processes along international sales, parts management, domestic retail, finance, HR and procurement.

This role will be part of a team responsible for the cross functional areas Finance, HR and procurement with currently seven experts and will closely collaborate with the IT infrastructure and other applications teams as well as the respective business functions.

本ポジションでは、

新設チームの一員として、管理会計業務におけるITシステム構築・運用の“ゼロイチ”を支えながら、

ファイナンスコントローリング領域全体のIT基盤を再設計していきます。

◆ITカーブアウトおよびシステム構築のリード

・ダイムラートラックから分離されたファイナンス関連ITのカーブアウトを主導し、業務への影響を最小限に抑えながら移行を実現

・SAP Analytics Cloud（SAC）などを含む、スタンドアロン環境へのシステム再構築を推進

・単なる切り替えではなく、将来の拡張性・安定性を見据えたIT基盤を設計・構築

◆ファイナンス業務とITをつなぐハブとしての役割

・管理会計、リスクマネジメント、コストエンジニアリングなど、財務領域の実務を深く理解したうえでIT要件を整理

・「どんな分析がしたいか」「どんな判断を支えたいか」といった現場ニーズを、データ構造やシステム設計に落とし込む

・業務部門とITの橋渡し役として、実務に根づく仕組みづくりを推進

・新たな組織体制におけるITガバナンスの設計・運用をリード

・法規制・内部統制・コンプライアンス要件を踏まえたシステム構築・運用を担保

・変革の過程を可視化し、ステークホルダーに対する説明責任を果たす

Our company is currently at a major turning point as we move toward independence from Daimler Truck.

This transformation is not simply about system migration — it is about building a finance foundation from the ground up that enables MFTBC to operate independently and sustainably.

In this role, you will join a newly established team and play a key role in supporting the zero-to-one development of IT systems for management accounting, while redesigning the overall IT foundation for the finance controlling function.

◆Leading IT Carve-Out and System Build-Out

・Lead the carve-out of finance-related IT systems from Daimler Truck, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal business disruption

・Drive the redesign and implementation of a standalone IT environment, including solutions such as SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

・Design and build a scalable, stable IT foundation that supports long-term growth rather than a simple system replacement

◆Bridging Finance and IT

・Deeply understand finance operations including management accounting, risk management, and cost engineering, and translate business needs into IT requirements

・Transform business questions such as “what kind of analysis is needed?” or “what decisions should be supported?” into data structures and system designs

・Act as a bridge between business and IT, enabling solutions that are truly embedded in daily operations

◆Governance, Risk, and Compliance

・Lead the design and operation of IT governance within the newly established organizational structure

・Ensure systems and processes comply with regulatory, internal control, and compliance requirements

・Maintain transparency throughout the transformation process and ensure accountability to stakeholders

◆Continuous Improvement and Stable Operations

・Continuously monitor system performance and lead ongoing improvements after go-live

・Build a flexible and sustainable IT foundation that can support future business expansion

・Move beyond “build and run” toward continuously evolving and improving IT capabilities

募集要件／Requirement

必須：

・業務改革等のプロジェクトにおいて、要件定義やプロジェクトマネジメントといった上流工程のご経験がある方。

・チームとの協働、コンプライアンス確保、システム最適化、IT変革推進に優れたスキルを有していること。

・管理会計、法務、コンプライアンス関連のITシステムにおける実務経験が5年以上ある方。

歓迎：

・新規事業立ち上げや経営企画のご経験がある方。

・カーブアウト管理や新しい技術ソリューション・プロセスの導入、レガシーシステムのリプレースに関する十分な実績を有していること。

・SAP Analytics Cloudやリスクマネジメント、コストエンジニアリングを支援するアプリケーションの実務経験がある方。

語学要件：

日本語ネイティブレベル

英語ビジネスレベル

MUST：

・Experience in upstream processes such as requirements definition and project management in business transformation projects

・Min of 5 years of experience in IT for Finance Controlling, Legal, and Compliance systems

・Strong skills in collaboration, compliance assurance, system optimization, and executing IT transformation initiatives

WANT：

・Experience in new business launch or management planning (Keiei Kikaku)

・Proven expertise in managing carve-outs or implementing new technical solutions and processes, and replacing legacy systems

・Hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud and applications supporting Risk Management and Cost Engineering

Language requirements：

基本給（円/月): 300,000円～

賞与：年2回支給

手当：通勤手当、モバイルワーク手当、残業手当、子供手当、住宅手当、退職金制度（DC pension）等
