・開発マネージメント（予算、日程、Spec.のマネージメント）

・関連部署とのミーティングのオーガナイズ、進行、結論付け、議事録など

・車両specの作成、出図依頼、装備仕様書の作成、出図状況の確認、開発目標達成具合の確認

・GDやパートナーとのSpec,　マーケットニーズの合意形成

・コンポーネントやシステム開発のサポート

※選考について

本選考は、三菱ふそうトラック・バス株式会社（以下「当社」）が主体となって実施し、採用（雇用契約の締結）も当社が行います。

事業立ち上げに伴い、新会社の設立と同時にそちらへ「転籍」していただく予定です（転籍に際しては、雇用契約上の使用者が新設会社へ変更となります）。なお、転籍は内定受諾時に本人の同意をいただいた上で行います。

Bus product project management

- Development management (Management of timeline, budget and vehicle specs)

- Organizing / facilitating / concluding / minutes making of the meeting for multiple stakeholders.

- Making documentation for vehicle spec / drawing release request / Product Profile List / tracking of release status, development maturity level.

- Spec / Market request alignment with GD and partners.

- Support of Component / System project management.

※Selection Process

This selection process is primarily conducted by Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), and the Company will be the employer (the party entering into the employment contract).

Due to the launch of a new business, you are expected to be transferred (tenseki) to a new company upon its establishment. (In this case, the employer under the employment contract will change to the newly established company). This transfer will be carried out only after obtaining your consent at the time of job offer acceptance.

Furthermore, due to the nature of the business operations, representatives from the Company and Mitsubishi Fuso Bus Manufacturing Co., Ltd. may participate as interviewers. Application information may be shared between the Company and the representatives of the aforementioned company for recruitment purposes. All representatives are bound by confidentiality obligations and will not use the information for any purpose other than the selection process.

仕事内容／Job Description

CSMS(サイバーセキュリティーマネジメントシステム)とSUMS(ソフトウェアアップデートマネジメントシステム）のガバナンス

・CSMS・SUMSのマネジメントシステム認証取得及び更新時の計画立案、監査への対応、関連者との調整

・関連会社と協力し、バスに特化したCSMSとSUMSの管理及び運営

・定期的な内部監査の実行（外部のサポートによる監査も可）及び指摘事項に対する対策の実行

・定期的なステアリングコミッティーの運営と決定事項のトラッキング

・バス特有のプロセスを特定し、定義、また定期的な見直しの実行

・各マネージメントシステムの運営に必要なITツールの開発サポート

・関連者に対する教育の提供、実行、運営

・改善案の立案及び実行

Governance of CSMS (Cybersecurity Management System) and SUMS (Software Update Management System)

Planning for the acquisition and renewal of CSMS and SUMS management system certifications, responding to audits, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders

Management and operation of bus-specific CSMS and SUMS in cooperation with affiliated companies

Execution of periodic internal audits (with optional support from external auditors) and implementation of countermeasures for identified findings

Operation of regular Steering Committee meetings and tracking of decisions made

Identification, definition, and periodic review of bus-specific processes

Support for the development of IT tools required for the operation of each management system

Provision, execution, and management of training for relevant stakeholders

Planning and implementation of improvement initiatives

募集要件／Requirement

・車両のサイバーセキュリティーやソフトウェアアップデートに対する基本的な知識を有していること

・基本的なプロジェクトマネジメントに関する知識、スキルを有しているこ

・英語・日本語においても最低限Businessレベルのスキルを有していること

・異なる文化圏の関係者とのコミュニケーションに対してオープンであること

・Possession of basic knowledge of vehicle cybersecurity and software updates

・Possession of basic knowledge and skills in project management

・At least business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese

・Openness to communication with stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds

年間休日：121日（2025年）

完全週休2日制（土曜、日曜）、祝祭日（会社カレンダーに準ずる）

■ 給与

基本給（円/月）：※給与はこれまでの知識や経験等を考慮して最終的に決定いたします

賞与：年2回支給

手当：通勤手当、モバイルワーク手当、残業手当、子供手当、住宅手当、退職金制度（DC pension）等

※残業手当など各種手当は別途支給いたします

Base Salary (Month): *Salary will be decided based on knowledge and experience
