At Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (MFTBC), a leading manufacturer of commercial vehicles headquartered in Kawasaki, Japan, the Information Technology (IT) department plays a pivotal role in driving digital transformation across all business units. The IT division is structured to support both core operations and strategic innovation, ensuring seamless integration of advanced technologies into manufacturing, engineering and various processes. The "Data and Digital Transformation" Department is responsible for our Data Analytics and GenAI Cloud and a wide range of data analytics applications for all of MFTBC.

データ＆アナリティクスマネージャーは、10～12名のデータサイエンティストおよびプロジェクトマネージャーからなるクロスファンクショナルチームを統率し、開発・製造から販売、アフターセールス、コネクテッドサービスに至るトラックのバリューチェーン全体において、データ戦略とその実行を推進する。本職務の主な責務は、アナリティクス施策とビジネス優先事項の整合性確保、データ駆動型意思決定の促進、部門横断的な連携の強化にある。マネージャーは、組織内での高インパクトなインサイト提供、スケーラブルなデータソリューションの構築、アナリティクス能力の継続的向上を保証する。チームはPower BI/Fabricを積極的に活用し、直感的かつ拡張性の高いレポーティングを実現することで、ステークホルダーがリアルタイムで実践可能なインサイトにアクセスできる環境を整備する。加えて、本職務ではGenerative AI（生成AI）ユースケースの探索と導入を主導し、ビジネス機能全体におけるイノベーション加速とインテリジェントオートメーションの支援を行う。
The Data & Analytics Manager leads a cross-functional team of 10–12 data scientists and project managers, driving data strategy and execution across the entire truck value chain—from development and manufacturing to sales, aftersales, and connected services. This role is responsible for aligning analytics initiatives with business priorities, enabling data-driven decision-making, and fostering collaboration across departments. The manager ensures high-impact delivery of insights, scalable data solutions, and continuous improvement in analytics capabilities within the organization. The team actively leverages Power BI/Fabric for intuitive and scalable reporting, enabling stakeholders to access actionable insights in real time. In addition, the role champions the exploration and implementation of Generative AI use cases to accelerate innovation and support intelligent automation across business functions.

最低5年以上のITマネジメント経験（データアナリティクス分野での専門性が必須、AIおよび生成AI（Gen AI）に関する知見を有すれば尚可）
AI/BIアプリケーション向けITソリューションの管理実績
IT部門とビジネス部門間のシナジー評価および協働推進能力
プロジェクトマネジメントスキル（スケジュール・予算管理、およびクロスファンクショナルチームワークに重点を置く）
規制コンプライアンスおよびグローバルITベストプラクティスへの精通が必須
言語
日本語日常会話レベル以上
英語ビジネスレベル
Min of 5 years of experience in IT management with expertise in data analytics preferably AI and Gen Al.
Proven track record of managing IT solutions for AI/BI applications.
Demonstrated ability to evaluate synergies and foster collaboration across IT and Business operations.
Strong project management skills with a focus on timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teamwork.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance and global IT best practices is essential.
