当社の開発力を高めるべく、意欲と経験豊富な設計技術者を募集いたします。 業務内容は、トラック用のアクスル、ブレーキ、サスペンションおよび配管設計業務を行っています。具体的には、新機種プロジェクトにおけるコンポーネントの開発や配管設計の最適化、生産機種の設計改良や品質改善、また開発および生産機種のコスト低減活動等の内容です。

開発本部　アクスル/ブレーキ/サスペンション設計部は5つのチームで構成されており、それぞれ①アクスル/タイヤ & ホイール/ファイナルドライブ/プロペラシャフト、②空気圧＆油圧ブレーキシステム、③サスペンション/ステアリング、④小型トラック配管、⑤大中型トラック配管に分かれている。全体で約35名程が在籍している。

今回募集している「配管設計」チームは小型配管チーム５名と大中型配管チーム５名の２チームで全部で10名（20代～50代）の正社員が活躍している。

To enhance our product development capabilities, we are seeking highly motivated and experienced design engineers.Our department is engaged in the design of truck axles, brake systems, suspension systems, and piping systems.Specifically, our work includes component development for new model projects, optimization of piping design, design improvements and quality enhancement for mass‑production models, as well as cost‑reduction activities for both development and production models.

The Axle / Brake / Suspension Design Department consists of five teams: (1) Axle / Tire & Wheel / Final Drive / Propeller Shaft, (2) Air & Hydraulic Brake Systems, (3) Suspension & Steering, (4) Light Duty Truck Piping, and (5)  Heavy & Medium Duty Truck Piping. The department has approximately 35 members in total. The “Piping Design” group consists of two sub-teams:  Light Duty Truck Piping Team (5 members) and Heavy & Medium Duty Truck Piping Team (5 members), with a total of 10 full‑time engineers ranging from their 20s to 50s.

当社の商用車開発において、トラックの各種配管システム（エア、燃料、HVAC、パワーステアリングなど）の設計業務を担当していただきます。

車両性能・信頼性・整備性に直結する重要な領域であり、開発初期段階から量産まで幅広く携わることができます。

【主な業務内容】

車両配管レイアウト設計、3D CAD を用いたモデリング、強度・耐久性・振動対策の検討、試作車でのフィッティング確認、サプライヤーとの技術折衝、量産車の設計改良・品質改善・コスト低減活動

配管設計の実務を習得し、経験と実績を積み重ねることで、担当領域のリーダーに昇進することができます。

また管理職として設計の他の分野でご経験を積んでいただく事も可能です。

In our commercial vehicle development, you will be responsible for designing various piping systems for trucks (Air, Fuel, HVAC, Power steering, etc.). 

This is a critical area directly related to vehicle performance, reliability, and maintainability, and you will be involved in a wide range of activities from the early stages of development to mass production.

 [Main Responsibilities] 

Vehicle piping layout design, 3D CAD modeling, consideration of strength, durability, and vibration countermeasures, fitting confirmation on prototype vehicles, technical negotiations with suppliers, design improvement, quality improvement, and cost reduction activities for mass-produced vehicles.

By acquiring practical skills in piping design and accumulating experience and achievements, you can be promoted to a leader in your area of ​​responsibility. You can also gain experience in other areas of design as a manager.

募集要件／Requirement

English follows Japanese

■ 業務経験・知識

最低3年以上の機械設計の実務経験。

3D CAD を用いた設計経験：2年以上。

機械工学の基礎知識、配管に関する基礎知識、車両構造の基礎理解 (必須)。

車両法規・安全基準の知識、生産技術の知識、コストエンジニアリングの知識(尚可)。

乗用車、商用車での設計経験者優遇。

日本語：ネイティブレベル、英語：ビジネスレベル

Required: Min of 3 years of practical experience in mechanical design. 

At least 2 years of design experience using 3D CAD. 

Fundamental knowledge of mechanical engineering, piping systems, vehicle structures, and quality and reliability engineering.

Preferred: Knowledge of vehicle regulations and safety standards. 

Knowledge of manufacturing engineering.- Knowledge of cost engineering. 

Experience in passenger car or commercial vehicle design is an advantage.

Japanese: Native level, English: Business level

基本給（円/月）：給与は、知識・経験を考慮して最終的に決定

賞与：年2回支給
