We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced expert to join Product reliability and warranty analysis team. We expect your experience in Engine and After treatment systems(ATS) will play a crucial role in analyzing field quality & customer issues across the various countries.You have to support in cross functional collabotation with R&D , Customer service, Production and Manufactruing engineering teams for issue resolution, series and field action implementation of corrective action.
The QM Department is made up by different teams along the value chain. Product Reliability team is responsible for solving product issues reported from the market. All these team members work in cross functional collaborative environment. Quality Management Reliability team is led by a Senior manager & consists of 5 different sections 1) QMR - HD- Engine and ATS HD/MD Transmissions 2) QMR - HD/ MD Axles and Brakes 3) QMR - Chassis and other aggregates 4) QM Analytics and warranty analysis 5) QMR - LD/MD Engine and ATS
仕事内容／Job Description
'- Good opportunity of collaboration across FUSO functions, global dealer netwrok and global suppliers
- Team work is essential and Joint problem resolution activity with stakeholders is mandatory.
- Product quality report from field to be analysed for issue resolution and prioritizations.
- Warranty cost analysis for the relevant aggregates to be done for issue resolution prioritization and focus.
- Field Fix cost optimization to be done to draw cost benifits.
- Certification of IATF internal auditor, 8D problem solving method and statistical data analysis
- Sharpen presentation and negotiation skill, deepening understanding of customer's business and use cases
募集要件／Requirement
'- Expereince of working in Engine Development, Production or Quality Management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in structured problem solving with ability to work in cross functional environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation skills is essential. Softskills - Interpersonal, Team building and communication skills are essential.
