このポジションは、APAC事業管理マネージャーのもとで、APAC市場におけるNV・CSの管理業務を担当。

勤務地は日本・川崎で、川崎本社の国際市場担当ビジネスファイナンス責任者とも密に連携します。

Business Finance International Markets is a key member of the Trucks Asia Finance community. Our mission? To steer pricing, market strategy, business planning, and performance reporting across all international markets—ensuring that our trucks and buses succeed on a global scale.

Within this framework, the APAC Regional Office plays a vital role in managing sales across Asia and Oceania. Led by the Head of APAC, the organization brings together diverse functions including NV Sales, CS Sales, Technical Services, Product Management & Marketing, Network, Business Management, and Legal & Compliance.

This position reports to the Manager of APAC Business Management and is based in Kawasaki, Japan. You’ll be part of a dynamic team responsible for managing NV and CS operations in the APAC region, while also collaborating closely with the Head of Business Finance for International Markets at our Kawasaki HQ.

各国の経済状況やMFTBCの経営目標を踏まえながら、収益性の高いビジネス環境を構築・維持し、持続的な成長を実現することがミッションです。

地域オフィス（RO）内のすべてのファイナンス業務（コスト、価格、手続き、内部プロセス）を統括し、法令や社内規定に基づいたガバナンスとコンプライアンスの徹底を図ります。

また、担当市場における事業計画・報告業務全体をリードし、リスクの可視化と管理、そして新たなビジネスチャンスの創出にも貢献します。

主な業務内容

1. 経営支援・戦略推進

- APAC地域の財務・収益状況を経営層にプレゼンテーション

- 市場ごとのリスクと機会を分析し、戦略的な意思決定をサポート

2. 計画・報告・リスクマネジメント

- 売上管理、価格承認、割引のトラッキングを統括

- 経営レビュー用のレポート作成と、財務影響の透明化

- 戦略的な事業計画の立案と実行

- 内部統制（ICS）のタイムリーな実施と管理

3. クロスファンクショナルな連携

- 営業、製品、法務など他部門との連携において、財務の観点からリード

- APAC市場における部門横断的な議論を推進

Drive Strategic Growth Across APAC with Finance Leadership

Are you ready to take on a high-impact finance role that directly shapes the future of MFTBC’s business across Asia and Oceania?

As the finance lead for the APAC Regional Office (RO), you will be responsible for driving sustainable and profitable growth across all markets under the RO’s scope. This includes overseeing all financial aspects—costs, pricing, procedures, and internal processes—while ensuring full compliance with legal and internal regulations.

You will play a key role in planning and reporting, identifying risks and opportunities, and providing strategic insights to top management. Your leadership will help ensure that financial operations are not only accurate and timely, but also aligned with MFTBC’s broader business goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Management & Executive Support

- Present financial performance and profitability insights to top management

 Act as a strategic advisor to guide business decisions across the region

2. Planning, Reporting & Risk Management

- Lead sales controlling, pricing approvals, and discount tracking

- Prepare financial reports for management reviews of APAC markets

- Ensure transparency in the financial impact of all business activities

- Drive business planning and support strategic transformation initiatives

- Ensure timely execution of internal control systems (ICS)

3. Cross-Functional Finance Leadership

- Represent finance in cross-functional discussions with Sales, Product, Legal, and other departments

- Collaborate across teams to ensure financial alignment and operational efficiency

■ 学歴・資格・経験

財務、経営管理、または関連分野での大学卒業（学士または修士）または同等の資格をお持ちの方

公認会計士などの専門資格をお持ちの方は歓迎します

国際的な環境や複雑なプロジェクトでのマネジメント経験がある方は、特にご活躍いただけます

■ スキル・能力

論理的思考力と高い分析力をお持ちの方

社内外の関係者と円滑に連携できるコミュニケーション力

SAPやBIツールなど、データウェアハウスやビジネスインテリジェンス系アプリケーションの使用経験がある方

■ ITスキル

Microsoft Outlook、Excel、PowerPoint（think-cell）、Power BI、SAPなどの業務ツールに習熟している方

■ 語学

日本語：日常会話（必須ではありません）

英語：ビジネス

■ Education, Certifications & Experience

A university degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, or a related field

CPA or equivalent professional certification is a strong plus

Proven experience in leading international or complex teams and/or managing large-scale projects

■ Skills & Competencies

Strong analytical and logical thinking skills

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Hands-on experience with data warehouse and business intelligence tools (e.g., SAP, BI, or similar platforms)

■ Technical Proficiency

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint (with think-cell)

Familiarity with Power BI and SAP is highly desirable

■ Language Level

Japanese: Preferred but not mandatory

English: Business
